The boba pearls were chewy, but not as sweet as I would've liked. Their pearls are amber brown in color as they are only made with sweet potato (no additional syrups or food dyes). Most boba is made from cassava root and then colored artificially. This isn't your run-of-the-mill shop that uses artificial syrups and powders... By the first few sips, you'll be able to tell they use high quali-TEA ingredients - definitely a must try for boba lovers!
