In addition, due to Chinese New Year, I needed the house cleaned the next day, which they worked out a time slot to do for me (Christopher responded within 1/2 hour and right after I was about to sign with another company). The women made every effort to make sure the areas I needed cleaning were scrubbed and wiped of dust, dirt, and grime. They wiped the window blinds, the exterior of cabinets, refrigerator and oven, and they mopped the floors and corners clean. Blanca checked with me to make sure I was satisfied or if I had more concerns (after they cleaned each area) = total of 2 hours. There was a spot they did not dust or mop upstairs, but I let it go because they wiped and cleaned other areas I did not ask for. The only question I have is "Where is my swifter?" because it disappeared from the restroom. Also, I would prefer they empty dirty water from the living room floor into the toilet and not my kitchen sink and they should not refill their bucket to wipe the floor by use of the kitchen sink. There is a faucet and hose outside the front door to refill their bucket and a grate on the street to empty out dirty water, so using my kitchen sink was not appreciated. The reason the review has 5 stars is because Christopher acquiesced my request and charged me days after my Lunar New Year, which I'm truly grateful for, and he gave me a discount as a first time client. That's great business ethics for you!

A few weeks later, we had them back in to clean the carpet throughout the suite. Again, they were on time, the same lead was just as dedicated to doing a great job, and they made the logistics so easy. So yesterday, I hired them to do a one time deep clean of my own home. They missed absolutely nothing - fans, baseboards, picture frames, not a speck of dust or dog hair to be found. Different crew but just as efficient and professional. Costs for all three services were reasonable, and booking/paying processes were smooth. Highly recommend!

For my first agreed upon service date, I was notified 15 minutes before my scheduled cleaning, that the cleaning crew had a flat tire and wouldn't be able to clean my home that day. No problem. I know things happen. I rescheduled for the following week. I was contacted 3 hours before my scheduled visit and asked if I could allow the cleaners to come 1 hour earlier. I agreed to the earlier cleaning time and once again, rearranged my schedule to accommodate this request. After the cleaners did not show at the agreed upon time, I called, just to be told, the cleaners had an illness and would not be able to clean my home. I do understand things happen. And I do consider myself to be a flexible person. I'm just taken aback by the number of cancellations on the company's part. I will say, the owner/person I spoke to over the phone was extremely apologetic and remained professional the entire time, although I was upset.

When we finally moved out, they did an awesome job. It was a smaller house but two stories. After moving out, there was a lot of dust and pet hair--they took care of all of it. The family who moved in said they were happy to find the house so clean. They had reasonable rates and were very patient with all my emails and schedule changes. Highly recommend.
