I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. If you were on the fence about spending the money on a deep clean, I wouldn't hesitate. It was absolutely life-changing.

The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations.

They took their time to talk through with me some issues re: having a vacation rental property at the beach - what kind/color linens to buy? who makes the best renters (who typically does the least damage to rental property). reasons to not rent our place for just a single night (how to prevent our property from becoming a party house). I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger. These folks have been doing this a while and they know their stuff and sound like true professionals to me. I am excited to be at a place in the future where I can make use of their services.

They got rust stains off the hardwood floor today..dusted. cleaned my front 2 windows, mopped THEN waxed my hardwood floors. They don't just clean the tubs they POLISH them. Never have my baths looked so beautiful!!! They are efficient in every way. They cleaned all my leather furniture and I left and had a lovely lovely lunch, went grocery shopping and came home to heaven!! She even helped me with the dishes, which I really greatly appreciated. I think next time I'm going to order her deep clean so I can have her clean out my refrigerator and wash my windows. She was able to accommodate some of my strange request. (I'm a germophobe.) so she placed everything on paper towels, like I asked. She also managed to do a great job in the restroom getting out some of lime stains from my hard water. When you consider the price she is selling her services for it makes it much easier to swallow having some help cleaning the house. I also really appreciated her not making me feel shameful for having to hire someone to help me clean my apartment.

One stayed in my small restroom room and hour. They get paid by the hour. The other one vacumed one area of my floor too long and came back and did the same thing again. I asked for a refund. They said they don't have refunds. Instead they sent another sorry crew. Never again for me.
