Over the last decade, I have struggled with finding reliable care for my elderly parents as well as for my own family. The older my parents got, the more I worried about their health and the treatment they were getting from the various Dr's we were visiting. Royal treatment every time! NPMD is hands down THE best Med Spa I've ever been to. These two medical professionals go above and beyond for their clients every single time. You walk in and are instantly taken aback by the beautiful, clean and contemporary decor. Marble walls and floors in the entry, fancy wallpaper in treatment rooms and every room has a different, gorgeous chandelier. Fresh, giant orchids in the waiting room and consultation room. You're immediately offered a selection of refreshments and various fine chocolates. NPMD pays for your parking by validating your ticket. Did I mention that the restroom has a heated toilet seat with bidet? Oh yeah! That in itself is worth checking out. LOL. Music and beautiful scents in every room. State of the art equipment!!! A vain person's candy store. Gevorg & Armine are an incredibly knowledgeable, fun and energetic duo. They cover you with cozy blankets if you get cold during treatment, preserve your modesty when treating private areas and you get to puff on a nitrous oxide/oxygen mix to make the entire experience relaxing and painless. Their numbing cream was the best I've ever had. I had an IPL treatment elsewhere years ago, and it hurt. The Scarlet RF Micro Needling should be much more painful, yet I felt only pressure, no pain. The Stem Cell Exosomes liquid that they massaged into my skin post treatment felt amazing. It was soothing and cooling and made the redness dissipate almost completely before I even left the office. And if you get a treatment, do get their skincare line. Gevorg told me, once I'd try it, I'll throw my drug store creams out. And I did. I'm hooked! You will NOT be disappointed! Fun and customer satisfaction are guaranteed at NPMD. These two always throw in something for free for you or cut you a deal. They're simply the best! I came here to get a RF micro needling treatment on my face and have noticed a drastic difference just after one treatment! My skin tone is more even, my pores are smaller, and my skin feels tighter and more youthful overall. I just had my first Scarlet SRF & PRP treatments and I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed I was able to remain during the procedures. The pain was very tolerable and in some areas non-existent. I did my entire face, neck , chest and partial stomach areas. Both the doctor and nurse were very kind and gentle. They explained everything clearly and made the entire experience very comfortable for me. It's still too soon to notice any noticeable improvements in my skin tone (melasma) or elasticity but I'm hoping to see results in about a month when it will be time to go back for my 2nd treatment. read more

BEYOND 5 star review! Where do I start? In late November 2022 I became very sick, having been going to a large medical organization for years doing just ok, then it happened. My BP started going off the charts and I traveled from Bend Oregon back here to see my specialists. I saw a cardiologist and a number of other specialists, going to the facilities in Westwood and in Encino 50 times in the months of December and January as well as ending up in Providence Tarzana Holy Cross ER five times, Only getting worse with each day with no improvement, developing profound anxiety regarding my non stop increasing HBP. During my last recent ER admit a cardiologist ,Dr. V.Lala (CACVI)walked into my room as a emergency consult and this was when my magical journey began. He and his PA, Lindsay changed my meds and left their card on my bed. Shortly after I was released I went to his Encino office when he referred me to NPMD, where I met with George & Amy and the unbelievable care began. At first I thought I was at the wrong doctors office! It was clean, beautiful and the girls up front were delightful. I asked if this was the right place, then it happened! Out walked this tall beautiful woman, who immediately called me by my first name and came up and embraced me! She said please come into my office and wait Ill be there shortly. I sat down and then she came in with a beautiful glass of bubbly water followed by George bringing me a bowl of grapes. I sat there then she came in and my medical life and problems gently flowed from my mouth. Not only was she prepared for me, my chart was up on her desk and she had spent probably a long while going over 1600 pages. I actually had said to her am I dreaming where did you and you clinic come from. Where? How? Amy as she like to be called was so smart, so caring, soooo completely thorough regarding my complicated health history and beyond anything I could imagine. She went over everything, smiling, softly speaking and explaining my medical life to me in such a caring way. We went over everything, still I was pinching myself, its a dream. George came in and was very attentive. So I was there for a while and watched all the interaction of a heaven sent well qualified medical office performing the way medical treatment should be given. Amy explained that they care about their patients on a different level, not what people are used to but a level of care that was truly holistic in mind, educated medically and beyond world class better. I could write a novel but this is a review. I was so sick and so scared that at 74 I had reached the end, then I met Amy, George and NPMD ,now I am on the great mend thanks to that Dr. V Lala sending me to Amy, telling me you will be very well cared for. I went and I am so grateful. NPMD is out of this world, if you can go see, you will walk out of that office and say the same thing. How did I land on a star!
