I couldn't go outside, because I would risk losing my spot in line. The front staff lady was so nice and pleasing, she let me step out for 5 minutes but the back office was dismissive and was at a party with friends rather than work. By the time I finished leaving my sample, I only had to wait maybe 4-5 minutes. I was called back by a young man named Evan. He was incredibly friendly, and when he needed to ask me questions regarding my medical conditions, he came closer to respect my privacy (in regards to the other people around us). I gave him a head's up that, historically, I've been a difficult stick; but that I'd been drinking a LOT of water! He found a vein at the first spot he checked, and he nailed it (painlessly!!) on the first time!! He took his time and answered all of my questions regarding my tests. They DEFINITELY need to hang onto Evan; he's worth 2-3 regular employees, at least from my post experiences!!

He said his name was Michael, but his badge was flipped so I don't know what to believe. If I could rate him negative 1000 stars I would. He kept trying to get my 2 year old to speak. The guy said, you need to increase your dialect. He said that to my 2 year old. I said my child has autism and don't you ever talk to him like that. The guy goes oh I didn't know that. It doesn't matter if you knew or not. That's MY child you talking about. This guy just kept being rude. I also had my 4yr old with me , we don't do iPads so he brings a backpack with toys with him and likes to talk, he can and will talk your ear off. Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience…read more I would strongly caution other parents about this clinic based on my experience. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

HOSPITAL DID NOT CARE AT All! LAST Involved Doctor, Issued an Order that he was concerned about possible Stent Blood Clotting that might be taking place! So he was NOT going to Release Me UNTIL he conducted ONE last Test "Just to be Sure". (Patient greatly Appreciated his Professionalism and CONCERN!) HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, I'd give a "0"! After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. NEVER Told Nurses, nor PATIENT, that My Best Interest Concerns had been CANCELED! I was, and Still Am, Concerned about my Health and having even MORE Negative Issues that Appear to be related to New Heart Stent. Based on what I have read, I AM LIVING IN FEAR of having ANOTHER, Possibly FATAL, Heart Attack!!! GIVEN NO CHOICE but to Meet with a Personal Injury ATTY next week in case my Heart FAILS and for my Family to consult with!
