A few months ago I was desperately shopping around for a decent doctor because I had a tiny lump on…read moremy neck. Two other doctors told me not to worry about it but I persisted. When I read Dr. Haque's reviews , I was impressed but a little concerned about the feedback regarding his staff. I decided to find out for myself and I didn't find a decent doctor ... I found an AMAZING doctor who saved my life AND his office staff are awesome. That little lump was something to worry about because it was cancer. Dr. Haque listened to me , believed me and followed up on my concern . That wasn't the best part.... Once he knew it was cancer, he took complete charge of the situation , presented my options and told me what his preference was. THAT is what I want to hear from my doctor. He was assertive and in control of the situation . I loved that because I went to an expert and I didn't have an opinion ( otherwise I'd be an endocrinologist ) and he had my opinion for me. Through the whole process of surgery and RAI, this doctor called me regularly to check on my progress even though another surgeon he recommended, did my surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Garner also told me that Dr. Haque remains engaged with his patients so if he told me to do something different to what she told me ---- to go ahead and do what he says ... lol. He remained involved and engaged and at all times I knew, I was in good hands . I don't know what I don't know but he took charge and for that , my family and I are truly grateful. If you are looking for a touchy feely guy who will wipe away your tears - this is not your kind of doctor . His caring and comfort comes from providing outstanding medical care - making sure he does the best he can to make you well again. I suggest a therapist for the hand holding stuff. This medical professional scores high points with me and I would have NO hesitation recommending him to anyone. He has a great PA and his nurse Jessica is the absolute best. She is a little quirky and has a highly developed sense of humor. If you are the kind of person that doesn't enjoy that , just ask her to tone it down. I love it so I encourage it. This office has always returned my calls and been responsive to my questions . They have been kind and supportive through my recent challenges and I'm not the easiest patient . I'm rebellious and I have attitude and Dr. Haque and his team have gently worked to make me whole again. Lastly, this is not a doctor who will ask for your opinion - why should he ? He gets paid to have my opinion for me when it comes to my health. I have no problem recommending you entrust your health to him. As for all the blah about his office staff - not true - they are great. Hope you visit Dr. Haque and hope he helps make you healthy. The only problem I have with him is that he expects me to keep a record of my blood sugar. Hmmmm he hadn't quite figured out I only take it when I'm being good . Don't tell him Lastly, today my results came in and I am NED ( no evidence of disease) - thanks to my amazing doctor. Hope he becomes your amazing doctor too.

I am a type 1 diabetic and Insurance makes life difficult to manage medications but the quality of care is so bad that after trying 3 different physicians over the past dozen years I am switching diabetes care after another sleepless week without foot pain medication and although this office is less than 2 miles from my home I am willing to drive to another city to make sure I no longer wait over a week routinely for refills of meds I've been taking for 20+ years.

I had a recent hospitalization at Texas Presby in Flower Mound. I was told by the hospital to…read morefollow up with my PCP but he moved recently and is too far for me to continue seeing him so they recommended I try and follow up with any Texas Health provider since it was all the same system and they could easily access my files. I found Dr Olivier through my insurance. I went to her website and marked that I had not been seen in that practice in the past 3 years then I selected the option for a new patient hospitalization follow up and proceeded to make myself an appointment. I received a text confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I found (and paid) a babysitter to watch my son to make the appointment smoother. When I showed up, the lady at the front told me I had no appointment. I kept insisting I did (she didn't even seem interested in trying to verify anything and I had to reiterate about 3 times that I had one), so she finally asked my phone number to look it up. After giving my phone number, she told me they cancelled my appointment because they are not accepting new patients. I told her I selected new patient hospitalization follow up and she told me it didn't matter because they were not accepting new patients. I then asked why they didn't bother to let me know they cancelled my appointment, and she told me they sent me a text message. I asked what day they text and she said July 18. I checked ALL my texts and the only one I got from them that day was the one CONFIRMING my appointment. I tried to show her the text and she wouldn't even look at my phone. I asked why they text instead of calling to let them know and in a very condescending and rude tone, she said "that's just how we do things". I understand if you're not taking new patients. But if you're not, then why was I able to make a "new patient hospitalization follow up" appointment? And if it's a mistake, why are you just going to text someone saying an appointment was cancelled because they can't accept you? And then when they never got the text, why be condescending and rude instead of apologizing and trying to be helpful?! She was just so dismissive and made me feel like it was just my problem and I was the one who messed up. And for reference, I attached the text message I received. Dr Olivier might be a good doctor, I don't know. But her staff could definitely learn some kindness and etiquette. I walked a couple suites down to suite 125, which is another Texas Health PCP and the ladies there were so much more helpful and kind.

Amazing all around. Just went in today for the first time and turns out I had a yucky case of…read morestrep. They where AMAZING. From the front desk all the way to the back. I also had my 4yr old with me , we don't do iPads so he brings a backpack with toys with him and likes to talk, he can and will talk your ear off. Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience…read more I would strongly caution other parents about this clinic based on my experience. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

The nurses are great…read more I did want to mention that when you go for weight loss shots and if you receive red shots then you are not taking only Semaglutide or tirzepatide you are taking B12 somewhere in the mix. They have no right to make their own Compounds such as mixing B12 with semaglutide. That's truly considered a pharmaceutical scam. I believe if you do tirzepatide at their office, which is the more expensive one your shot should be clear and that would be okay. I was recommended to go here by one of my friends who mentioned that she started on the cheaper shot, which was the Semaglutide and that it didn't work for her but the reason why it didn't work is because it's mixed with B12 and you don't really know how much you really are getting of the actual Semaglutide. I do not recommend going there for that reason.
