We were currently without a chiropractor and a close friend referred us to try him and I was able to book a new patient consult and come in right away in my desperation! He took the time to listen to what was going on, ask me questions and examine me. He's very knowledgeable and so friendly and kind. I felt comfortable and in good hands. He fit in adjusting me that same visit and gave me a game plan to move forward in recovery, as well as realistic expectations! I have gone 3 times and he has helped me tremendously in those visits! My family is looking forward to making Austin Ranch Chiropractic where we go at least once a month to get adjusted!

I found a surgeon the next day who was upset that they didn't immediately send me to the ER. Because they did not, the gallbladder died before the surgery a couple of days later which caused further issues. Additionally, I asked four different people about checking in for insurance, etc. I was there for several hours before someone addressed this. As you can guess, I am getting numerous additional bills. I would NOT recommend this place for an emergency.

He had shortness of breath and alot of discomfort. As a scared mother I ran up to the front desk and said my son can't breathe we need help right away. The front desk woman paused, looked right me and rolled her eyes. As if to indicate I was being dramatic. She took her time getting our information down with alot of attitude and called in shortness of breath after a good 10mins. She was joking with the other staff in the background and had no professional or urgency. My son ended up being very sick and needed breathing support for several day afterwards. The carelessness continued when we found out his medications were not called in and he had to wait another day for medication he needed. I'm pissed but my child suffered. He deserved better care.

I also had my 4yr old with me , we don't do iPads so he brings a backpack with toys with him and likes to talk, he can and will talk your ear off. Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

Barry of BBDS came to my home to collect my tests and his highly skilled phlebotomist Alma did a fantastic job. After my beloved PCP retired/moved out of state, I decided to try Bridlewood Family Healthcare due…read moreto proximity to home and because my prior PCP had stated that my medical records would be transferred there. The front desk staff was nice and the MAs friendly. They apologized and thanked me when I mentioned that I found a 6 day old urine sample in the restroom. Dr. Glaser was not friendly towards me. My visit was to be a new patient physical. He did not engage or try to get to know me at all. My face to face time with him was less than 10 minutes, and the only thing memorable that he said was that my insurance might not pay for my updated tetanus shot (they did). I went downstairs to do lab work and was there for about 30 minutes when they finally realized that Dr. Glaser did not order lab work because I had done lab work 7 months prior. Fairly certain that lab work is part of a physical...but whatever. I had already made up my mind that this man would not be my new PCP. A PCP should be warm and engaging, and someone who will listen to their patients when they are concerned about something - Dr. Glaser checked none of these boxes. Fast forward a few weeks later to the billing nightmare that followed, my insurance covers an annual physical (including the lab work he wouldn't order) 100%...but the first bill was coded as a new patient appointment, but they left the physical off. So I had to call the office about this...they made my patient responsibility $0 in their system, but then rebilled my insurance company with duplicate charges and overbilled by almost triple. I decided to call BCBS directly since I had yet to find a competent individual to help me at the practice. The insurance rep told me that one of the codes used on the new bill was for a psychiatric evaluation...OMG! I explained the whole situation again, and BCBS filed a grievance and the billing did eventually get situated. I have talked to others who have noticed similar billing issues on their statements from this practice...so definitely watch your EOBs here. Unreported overbilling is sadly something that happens too often in the medical world. I have given up on ever seeing my 7+ years of medical records from my prior PCP. I am fairly certain they went into an abyss of some sort in this Bridlewood office of confusion.

I've never had a bad experience…read more Getting in touch with someone on the phone can be frustrating for those that are not technically inclined. But if you use the Healow app, the docs are pretty quick to respond plus your care needs are documented. I started using Bridlewood, Dr. Glaser and his staff because the last office I was at didn't listen to me. I'm diabetic and trying to find the right medication has been much trial and error but my last office brushed off my errors. So when I first started with Bridlewood, Michelle Hampton heard me and started me on my way to finding what worked. I was sad to lose Victoria Thomas but it was an easy transition back to Michelle and they really do care. I have trouble with getting medication but that's due to my insurance not the office. Michelle and her team have been in constant communication with me and are eager to help where they can. I've had nothing but a pleasant and stress free experience working with the Bridlewood staff. My one complaint would be that I never got an Amazon gift card!
