All because she disagreed with the diagnosis of a specialist SHE sent me to. She has been knowingly over charging my husband and putting the burden on him to investigate and correct issues with the insurance instead of being a professional and helping him get it corrected. Now even after it's been corrected she is refusing to refund us until she gets paid by the insurance company. It is not our responsibility to front the cost of insurance, he never should have been charged in the first place. She also yelled at me on the phone for 30 minutes because we called and asked her for a referral after my husband was brutally assaulted and needed to see on ophthalmologist for severe orbital fractures. Apparently we didn't follow "common procedure" like we would know what common procedure is for being assaulted by someone. She is also extremely pushy about managing all of your care and doesn't like for you to see specialists. She just wants to shove drugs at you and will ridicule you if you ask to speak to a specialist for your problems. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Doesn't care about her patients, she just wants to make as much money as she can with as little effort as possible. All of her front office staff follow her lead and are also extremely rude. Anyone leaving her a good review doesn't know any better. Dr. Goyal is the embodiment of what is wrong with the healthcare industry today. Find a different doctor. Thought I'd found a really good replacement for my previous Dr of almost 30 years. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. I recently requested a visit for lab work due to a handful of health concerns. It took them 1 month to call with results. Labcorp notified me my results were posted at their portal after 10 days. I was able to view and download the results but still needed Dr Phipps' expert opinion on most of it. I expected a call within days. If I had them, they had them. It took them three weeks to call me with results. I called and messaged during that time asking for feedback or updates on when I could expect to hear anything. I went three weeks with no response. When I did finally get a call, it was a joke. It was apparent he'd spent no time on the results and gave the nurse a few buzzwords to appease me. The labcorp results showed my bloodwork numbers from last Sept right next to the new results. When I asked what the Dr thought about the improvement (some dramatic) over the previous 6 months, I was told "oh he didn't have those in front of them". Bullshit. I had them. He had them. It was lazy and extremely disappointing. Also, during my visit Dr Phipps recommended a new Rx that he believed would be better for me when compared to what I was currently taking. Immediately there were pharmacy and insurance problems. I needed Dr Phipps to do one simple thing so I could proceed. I called and messaged repeatedly asking for his help. To this day, 5.5 weeks later, I still have not received a response to these requests. If you're looking for a family physician that will provide timely and thorough results, consistent and timely feedback/communication, and the level of "give a damn" that you'd expect from a family physician, Phipps Family Medicine is not for you!

So expect to wait an hour, even when there's only one patient ahead of you. Expect to spend about $100 and leave with the same issues that you had when you came in, save for the minor amount of medicine. I wouldn't return here if I had an arm dangling from my shoulder.
