My wait time was less than 5 minutes with an appointment and the lady who drew my blood was amazing. I am very dramatic when I have to give blood and she was so sweet dealing with me. Luckily I didn't pass out or get light headed. Win win! read more

MayHill Rd office trashy, dirty and unprofessional. I was shocked! In room 3 with dirty gloves and trash on the floor. The tech walked on the gloves and trash. Samples of fluids on the floor and in basket. No concern from staff about the conditions. I couldn't believe the condition. I won't use Quest again and will let my doctor know. My little boy had to have bloodwork and we came here. Treshure was amazing with him and so patient. She did an excellent job. He was terrified and screaming and she handled it in the best way to get the job done easily. I hope she knows how much easier she made this scary process for us. if you want care avoid this place like the plague. There is no one at the front to answer questions and you have to catch a staffer If you are lucky when they open the door to answer a question and these ladies don't care and they make sure you know it. the office is non existent and the type care they offer is awful and cold, these ladies would be great if they were going to service a morgue of dead bodies where compassion was not needed. read more

I visited his dump to simply pick up a specimen bottle. First impressions are everything and this is the most impersonal, cold and horribly run business I have ever walked into. The waiting room is too small, looks shady and is crowded. No attendant. Just a stupid iPad to key in your info. No one greets you. No update on your wait time. No nothing. You can't call anyone. There is no way to get hold of a human. The one person I was able to talk to when they opened the door to take someone back was absolutely rude. I walked out and went elsewhere. I came for an ultrasound with Touchstone Imaging that's located in the Quest building. Right when you enter the doors it's immediately on the left. My doctor sent over an order and I received a phone call to schedule my appointment which was nice. My appointment time was 7:30a, I arrived at 7:15a as instructed. I was called back at 7:45a and completed by 8a. Less than an hour for the entire visit. Masks are still required. Check in process was easy and the ultrasound tech was friendly. read more

There were no appointments available when I decided to go in. It was close to closing time and I figured the techs wouldn't make it to me. The lab techs were quickly working through patients, and managed to get to me before closing. My tech was very friendly and professional. Facilities were clean. My biggest gripe is when I called ahead to try and confirm they had my lab work request, all you get is a phone tree and no way to get through to a human. read more

Don't bother making an appointment. They will not see you ANY TIME close to it. Came in for a urinalysis that I scheduled 4 days prior. Waiting room was packed. Standing room only that went into the hallway. And I checked in early ! They have instructions to wear a mask if you're sick, coughing, etc. Several folks here sounded like they were hacking up a lung. But their mask down under their chin was definitely more a fashion statement than for safety After waiting a half hour past my scheduled time I was called back and told that they could not perform the test I required. (Instant results test for pre-employment). Would have been quite helpful for their website to clarify what facilities actually were able to perform instant tests. And trying to reach live person calling any of their locations? Good luck with that. This is one of the best labs I've been to get my blood drawn, their office is new and fresh and they have splashy colors. They don't have a receptionist, you sign in on an iPad. If you have booked a slot ahead of time you will, of course, get priority. They haven't been too busy in the mornings around 8 AM and there hasn't been more than 10 minute wait at most when I've been. The phlebotomist's I've met at this location are good at what they doand friendly. It doesn't hurt like it can if you go to a doctor's office where they don't draw blood on a daily basis. read more

I was really nervous about taking my 1year old in for blood draw due to this location reviews. But my experience was the complete opposite of what these reviews were stating. There was no delay we were seen shortly after our checkin. One review notes how they were not good with infants. NOT TRUE, these ladies did there great to make sure my daughter visit was comfortable and quick. The young lady was quick and got the vein on the first try (A+). I didn't have an appointment, and came in just before noon. They let me take care of my urine specimen while I was waiting to be called back for the blood draw (which was AWESOME, since I REALLY had to go!!). By the time I finished leaving my sample, I only had to wait maybe 4-5 minutes. I was called back by a young man named Evan. He was incredibly friendly, and when he needed to ask me questions regarding my medical conditions, he came closer to respect my privacy (in regards to the other people around us). I gave him a head's up that, historically, I've been a difficult stick; but that I'd been drinking a LOT of water! He found a vein at the first spot he checked, and he nailed it (painlessly!!) on the first time!! He took his time and answered all of my questions regarding my tests. They DEFINITELY need to hang onto Evan; he's worth 2-3 regular employees, at least from my post experiences!! read more

Their lobby sign should read, " Welcome to the Dystopian Future you've been dreading!" I needed a pre-employment drug screen and this is where the company sent me. You're not a person or patient in this virtual Disney animatronic medical lab; you are a login. There is no receptionist. You have to sign in using an iPad mounted in the tiny lobby. I thought I had completed their login ordeal, but three people who walked in after me where seen right away. So, I tried logging in again by taking a different option of entering my phone number. Meanwhile, the fifteen or so lobby chairs had filled. An advertisement for their services and their phone app played on an audio loop over lobby speakers. It reminded me of something out of a Tarantino movie right before a mass shooting. After another 10 minutes, someone came to the door and called, "P2 (and something unintelligible)?" I had just told the man sitting next to me, "If they make me sign-in with an iPad and give me enough time to compose a scathing Yelp review, it's their own damn fault." When the call, "P2 blah blah blah" was repeated, I thought that P2 could be my first login attempt, decided to carpe diem, and whether it was me or not, claimed appointment spot "P2 blah blah blah." The few other Yelp reviews complaining about rudeness seem to be spot on. The staff seem to have a distain for real people. The technician escorted me to a six foot by twelve foot room crammed with a computer desk with an office chair, an examination table, a phlebotomist's chair, and a rolling stool. Making no eye contact, keeping her back to me, and offering no instructions, the technician flopped down in the office chair and started typing on the computer leaving me hovering about two feet behind her, completely confused. Eventually she commanded, "ID!" So, I gave her my drivers license and she started typing again and I asked if I could sit down in the phlebotomist's chair. She said, "sure," which was the most pleasant thing she said to me throughout the whole ordeal. She mumbled something that took me a while to interpret as a street address. "Excuse me?" I said. This time, when she repeated the address, I could hear the question-mark hanging after it. "Oh... no." She mumbled another address, but this time I immediately said "no." Heck, I can catch on pretty quick. She then asked if I had ever been there before. I said no; I had not. She then asked for my address. Losing my patience a bit, I noted that my address was on my drivers license which she had set aside. She then, without looking away from the computer, directed me to take a specimen cup from the cupboard directly above her head. I had to reach over her to get the cup. At this point I had to start some tomfoolery or I was going to become just as rude as she was. So, I joked about taking a specimen cup from the bottom of the stack. I did so, only toppling one other cup, quite the feat of dexterity if I do say so myself. This attempt at humor had the opposite of the desired effect on the technician, who moved from rudeness to out right dictatorial. We then did the blue water hokey pokey specimen donation in a near bathroom, with several earnest commands from her to me to wash my hands. On the way back to the exam room cubby, I noticed an octogenarian woman with another technician. She was turning around inside of her walker saying, "I'm so confused." I could only empathize; poor woman received the same 'virtual' treatment as I was having. Back in the cubby of my technician, she had lost even the illusion of any customer service. I had to ask three times for my ID back. After losing my electronic signature and making me sign an affidavit twice, I was dismissed. No one offered to show me out. Searching for the door back to the lobby, I stopped and dance with the octogenarian. We would still be dancing now except for a teen opening a door exposing the lobby on the other side. Went at DR. request for A1c blood test. Was offered a B-12 shot which I got, Medicare did not cover. Was billed 120.36, way more than from doctors office. Also, was billed 241.84 for a vitamin D-3 shot that I did NOT get or ask for. Also not covered by Medicare. It appears that they are ripping Medicare off but when Medicare does not pay, they bill you. Tried calling provided phone number for billing questions, but only get a rapid busy signal. maybe left off hook due to so many complaints? IF you go there ask HOW MUCH they charge before letting them do anything! Get a recite showing what they did. read more

1 because you can't go lower. I made an appointment for blood work prior to surgery. This is where my surgeon sent me. I made an appointment in advance and received email and text confirmation. Even this morning I got confirmation and made my way across town in bad weather. The door was locked with 2 customers in the waiting room, and the staff sent a customer to tell us they had closed early. No notifications, not even the decency to come outside and speak with the 6 people waiting outside the locked door. They sent a customer to tell us through the window that they were turning people away. I have no problem with closing. Weather is bad. But the absolute lack of any thought to even come out and speak to us, when we could see them working, is infuriating and disrespectful. It's also bad business. read more

The gal that took my blood gets 5 stars, the rest of the experience is 1. I arrived at 4:48pm, they close at 5pm. The woman at the front was very indifferent and told me that the computers went down. I told her that my Dr would have sent the order early in the day but that I couldn't leave work early to come in earlier. She said the systems were down so they couldn't even do the test. They had a whole stack of faxes and found mine and then another woman called me back (so were the systems really down or not?) and she entered the fax info into her computer. She was very nice and did not hurt a bit to draw my blood. The other woman came in and complained that another person had walked in and said since they're open till 5 they had to take her but she (the employee) said she had to leave right at 5 . Very unprofessional, especially to state all that in front of me. Then this morning, I got a call from an unknown Dr office to tell me that they received my blood work and who was it supposed to go to. They kindly said they would forward it. The Quest employee complaining and my results going to the wrong office are why I would not recommend this location. read more

I went there and everything was fine until I saw she didn't clean the injection site with alcohol. She cleaned the complete opposite side where the needle was inserted. I just blew it off until I saw my arm that became swollen and now I'm on antibiotics from an infection. Never going back here. read more

I went in two weeks ago for a drug screen test for pre employment at a new job. I still have yet to receive my results. When I call up there and nobody answers it's just a machine, which is really annoying. Then they say to go make a login to get your results. I made a login and it says they have no record of me even going in and taking a drug test. which is ridiculous because I spent two hours waiting to get that drug test, they were 10 people in front of me and I got there before all of them and they saw them before me. I am now out of a job because of them, because they won't send my almost future boss the lab results and they won't let me get a hold of them either. this is honestly one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. read more

The first person who greeted me from behind the desk was extremely rude and carried an attitude. However, I ended up having my blood drawn by Lashette. She turned the entire experience around and was amazing. They need to hire more Lashette!Hoping the other person who originally greeted me was just having a bad day.
