He was incredibly friendly, and when he needed to ask me questions regarding my medical conditions, he came closer to respect my privacy (in regards to the other people around us). I gave him a head's up that, historically, I've been a difficult stick; but that I'd been drinking a LOT of water! He found a vein at the first spot he checked, and he nailed it (painlessly!!) on the first time!! He took his time and answered all of my questions regarding my tests. They DEFINITELY need to hang onto Evan; he's worth 2-3 regular employees, at least from my post experiences!!

After 10 minutes, they did do an EKG and one set of vitals, EKG appeared normal. They then proceed to tell her to wait in lobby because, "we are full, I'm sorry". They did nothing else, and after questioning front desk nurse, were not planning on anything either, at least not soon enough. I questioned the RN in front desk because they apparently were not following chest pain protocol. No IV started, no labs drawn. Although she showed normal EKG, she could have still been having a heart attack, thus why labs, IV should have been started right away. We quickly left to another more adept hospital. Do not go to this hospital.
