The two outdoor pools are heated during the winter months, which results in a higher seasonal monthly membership fee until the spring. Downsides: 1) aging facilities - the swimsuit centrifuge and showers in the men's locker room are barely working, 2) frequent cancellations of swim hours due to hosting meets, construction, holidays etc, and 3) lack of parking - the lot is often completely full.

So an update 1)…read moreAnother new GM. 3rd one in the last yr. This one has been denied the job several times at a couple locations. Hired in house with no tennis experience. Tennis side of the club is livid 2) Renovation to Men's wet area are 15 months in and dry sauna works, nope, closed for the 3rd time this month. New tile is cracking .... 3) New Tennis director teachs at the club and has applied 5 times and on the 6th attempt gets the job. FyI 6tennis directors in 8 yrs Members pay the same monthly dues but Members who have been around have groups taking 7 or 8 courts every week and are not required to make reservations. THEY ARE GRANDFATHERED IN, per the new GM, Micki. OTHER members are required to get up at 4:55 AM, 48 hrs in advance to "maybe" get a court.

They offer so many things here if you're a member. When I visited for the baby shower it was such a beautiful day and the rooftop bar was open. The cabanas were a vibe, staff was attentive It was a beautiful baby shower When I visited as a guest I stayed all day, got a smoothie, did a weight lifting class which I loved the instructor was so good. Music in the class made me dance while I worked out it was such a vibe. I was sore in places I haven't been sore in years after taking this class, I def want to try the yoga and Pilates class next visit. After we worked out we hit the cold plunge, sauna and hot tub. Showers were amazing as they have Kiehl's products body wash/shampoo and conditioner. They have blow dryers and endless towels Bathrooms and locker rooms were clean. It was neat they also had a spot where we dried off our swimsuit after we hit the pool.

This location also features a café, full spa, hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, and premium Locker rooms. They even have a daycare facility for the little ones. They too can some get some exercise and energy out while you get your workout in.. Then while they still have extra energy, you can relax and unwind in the spa or sauna. We had 25 boys at our house and he kept the kids from getting hurt by stopping any dangerous horseplay by blowing his whistle and giving clear direction without being mean or intimidating. He constantly kept a watchful eye over the kids in the pool while I enjoyed our party and our guests. Knowing that the kids were all safe in the pool was priceless!!

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. Swim lessons in the morning and afternoons so the pool gets a little more crowded when they start the afternoon lessons and move everyone to the other half of the pool. Reguardless, it was a great day. I forgot my sunscreen but they had some there for me to use and it was free! My favorite word... FREE! City of Phoenix is stepping up its game.

James met with us and came across as extremely knowledgeable and creative regarding our project. He very specifically outlined every aspect of the plan which included a resurfacing of the interior of the pool as well as installing a travertine patio and updating our built-in Barbecue Grill and Firepit. We have built and updated our pool and yard at previous residences using other contractors and I would say that our experience with Blue Dot and James was by far the best. They made it very easy to select materials to use for the pool and hardscape and made wonderful suggestions as to what would work and inventive ideas to make our backyard space look perfect. In addition, James and his team placed an emphasis on safety as we updated not only our pool, but also our BBQ Grill and Firepit. The different crews who worked on this project were all professional and hardworking. Scheduling of each phase was precise and there were no delays - our renovation was actually completed earlier then projected.
