I originally came in for an Invisalign and wisdom teeth consultation, and I ended up leaving with two wisdom teeth extracted, my next Invisalign appointment scheduled, and a payment plan set up all in a single visit. The technology they use is impressive. One of the coolest parts was seeing an AI-generated preview of what my teeth could look like after Invisalign treatment. Everyone in the back office was friendly and professional as well. As for the doctor, he was awesome, personable, funny, and able to keep me relaxed with jokes when appropriate. Long story short I had the worst cleaning ever and it was done by the new dentist there. They had a staff member quit, he does the cleaning and it was the worst I've ever received. My teeth still hurt over a week later from the scraping he did, one of the most painful experiences ever. He also couldn't work any of the tools. Took a whole hour and my teeth got scraped hard core for 10 mins as he fumbled around. He did say he hasn't done a cleaning in a long time but that he used to teach it? It's my fault for staying and sticking through it. It felt like Ashton Kutcher was going to pop up and tell me I was being punked. I normally would not leave a review like this but I am concerned about this practice and that dentist's capability, hoping they can remedy this for their future clients.
