I have been under the care of Dr. Patel and Dr. Ravi for nearly a year now. They have performed two dental implants, one extraction,filled three cavities and cleaning for me. I never write reviews but wanted to leave a review for this dental clinic. To start, after a bad experience with an extraction years ago, I'm petrified of the dentist and have avoided going for years. I finally made it in and saw Olga and Dr Sam and they were both great. Olga was so calm, reassuring, and thoroughly and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. Dr Sam was also knowledgeable and not overbearing and clearly explained what I needed done. Absolutely love this place! So much so I spent out of pocket because they aren't contracted with my dental insurance through my job. It's well worth it, and I can't wait until open enrollment to switch my dental insurance plan to one they accept! I've had multiple great experiences at Stonebrook Dental over the last few years. All of the staff members are extremely nice and welcoming. The dental hygienists all do a wonderful job with cleaning my teeth in a painless and comfortable fashion. Chris was wonderful throughout the process of my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Ravi Patel also re-did some of my old, discolored fillings (in the visible top front teeth) and he was extremely detail oriented to make sure my teeth turned out even and flawless. Unfortunately, I no longer go to this dentist and the reason why is I came In for new dental pain and clearly requested not to see Dr. Sal due to previous work she did that was already coming off. Dr. Patel dismissed my concerns, refused to evaluate me, and sent me right back to the dentist I asked to avoid. So, I left without being seen. Patients deserve to be listened to instead of being dismissed. Had I known this was going to happen, I would've never wasted my time going out there. I will not be returning. Let me start by saying, I am not a fan of the dentist. I have always had a huge fear of the dentist and still do. However, I have always gone twice a year and always taken care of my teeth my whole life. I have been to a handful of different dentist offices. My past dentist office switched ownership and has left me on the search for a new one, and I can say that this is honestly the best one I have found. The cleaning has always been very important to me. A hygienist that is thorough, is a must in my opinion. My hygienist went above and beyond and was super friendly and knowledgeable in everything she did. The x-rays and exams were also extremely detailed and gone over in person with the dentist- which you don't see very often. Dr. Patel does not rush and explains a plan with you, whether it be to do treatment or to just watch your teeth for X Amount of time. I will be a patient forever and will refer this office out to anyone I know looking for a new dentist. read more

Staff overall is great. However, there is an older woman that performs cleanings and is extremely rough, messy, and always in a rush. Consistently digs into my gums without regard of how painful it can be. My fiancée is a patient here as well and has had the same experience from this same woman. It's been multiple occasions now. I appreciate the thoroughness, however, don't expect any TLC from this woman. The first couple of times I've came here and been cleaned by other people, and had no issues. 30 years of going to a dentist and I've never experienced as much disregard for the quality of care by an individual. If time is an issue, then maybe this office should consider prioritizing quality of care vs getting as many patients possible and increasing profits. I definitely should have made the decision to switch offices sooner than later. In addition, the 48-hour $75 cancellation fee is a bit ridiculous, considering they will call you the day of your appointment to see if you can move to earlier slot which is to their benefit. read more

I came in for my scheduled cleaning with Joyce. As usual, I was impressed and extremely satisfied with the care quality. Joyce provides a consistent experience as my teeth feel ultra clean and polished. Joyce is super pleasant, thorough and considerate to the overall comfort of the procedure. I was looking for a new local dental practice and I am SO happy that I chose this one! They were responsive on the phone, then after quick to text my appt and links the required questionnaire and forms to fill out via text. My visit went extremely smooth! The front office gals were so welcoming, friendly, and so personable. They were so sweet! Everything was on-time, the staff who took my X-rays and pix were super pleasant, hygienist was amazing she explained everything to me as we went through the exam and gave me suggestions on care going forward. The dentistry was also amazing, explained what he was doing and took time to listen to any of my concerns and look into It then give his honest opinion and did not try and sell me something I didn't need, or push me to purchase something through them that was a higher cost vs. maybe trying out something lower in cost to try out first then we see later on. The lead RDA Christina has been my main point of contact for all my dental care, upkeep, and general cleaning. She is super friendly, easy going, and sincerely cares about clients. She has gone over and beyond with explanation of procedures, my insurance, rescheduling, and overall client care.
