Upon return I was given the blood pressure cuff and it was high. Too high for surgery. I came back to try again. I failed. I understand I should have sought high blood pressure medication. I also think he made me extremely nervous. All of it did. But I have NEVER EVER been loudly dressed down for a medical issue in full ear shot of other patients and staff. I will admit openly that I didn't go get blood pressure medication directly after leaving his office the first time. But it doesn't matter. The way he talked to me, how he made me feel, saying I was so close to a senior citizen. It's not funny. Saying the next time he sees me half of my face will be drooping. Not funny. Talking to me like I'm 10 years old. Not funny. Again, I'm sure he's good at his technical job. For me? I was embarrassed, uncomfortable, demeaned... I honestly felt like a small girl trying to hide. Meanwhile I obtained a second opinion from another dental professional. No evidence of the procedure was detected. I moved my account and requested a refund. I received the refund less $61 credit card service fee. They had my prepayment for six month without performing any services and still charged card fee. I have no issues with the skill of the dental professional working there. I just choose a more patient relational ship practice.
