The company offers "custom" glass/mirror" fabrication but then tell you no...they don't do that... when discussing that you need exact measurements, customer service will ignore the customer questioning them regarding their lack of custom service. It seems that a lot of business are now providing inferior customer service. Centennial Glass is definitely on that list.

Alex provides a high quality product for a great price. We had some small issues with installation which were mostly resolved. There is one outstanding issue which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. You would not use Clarity if you had a million dollar home, but the windows are great, and I really enjoyed doing business with them. They replaced around 7 windows and 1 door on our home.
