He didn't clean up after the installation, and left shards of metal (from drilling screws into the window panes) all over the window sills and floors. The pull chains on the blinds are too short to be used without a step ladder, and when I pointed this out to the installer, he just laughed. The company offers "custom" glass/mirror" fabrication but then tell you no...they don't do that... when discussing that you need exact measurements, customer service will ignore the customer questioning them regarding their lack of custom service. It seems that a lot of business are now providing inferior customer service. Centennial Glass is definitely on that list.
