Dr.Bui is amazing! Over the summer I'd visited a larger corporate dental chain. I was told at that…read moreappointment that I needed over $2,000 worth of dental work and left without a cleaning. Fortunately, I decided to get a second opinion. After combing the internet for recommendations I chose Dr. Bui and I'm so glad I did. After taking the time to look at and properly clean my teeth Dr. Bui determined that I didn't in fact need that much work and my bill would be hundreds not thousands once all was said and done. Typically when you visit the dentist you see the hygenist the majority of the visit and the dentist for about 5 minutes. Not at Dr. Bui's office. She sat with me for over an hour. My fiance visited before me and she did the same with him. She cleaned my teeth herself and talked over every bit of my treatment plan with me. I've found it's getting more difficult to find dentist's that are honest and conservative with care ( while still doing necessary work). Dr. Bui is that dentist!

My initial appointment was for a cleaning, which I never received. Over the course of a year, I repeatedly asked for routine cleanings & was never scheduled for one. My final appointment in May 2025 was supposed to address what I understood to be a filling. When I arrived, I was informed I would be receiving a root canal. This was the first time a root canal had ever been discussed with me. There was no prior explanation or consultation about why such an extensive procedure was necessary. I felt unprepared but agreed. During the procedure, there were complications & I ultimately lost the tooth, which had not been causing me pain or any noticeable issues prior to. Afterward, I researched beyond Google & found other patient reviews on different platforms describing experiences similar to mine. This was my personal experience, & I strongly encourage prospective patients to research via a variety of review platforms.

I was presented probably the most straight forward dental treatment plan ever, free from unnecessary extras. They addressed my needs head on at my asking and I can say with complete confidence, I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Finally found a perfect dental office in bristow! They never do any unnecessary work to get insurance points and their charge is so reasonable. When I disputed the charge, I was being gaslighted by staff saying I should know my insurance instead of the error being corrected or them telling me they were out of network -- extremely unprofessional and deceptive. I've hesitated to write this review, but after two years, I think it's time to share my experience…read more My family and I were patients here for over eight years, and while things started off great, the quality of care and professionalism gradually declined. It began with noticing that cleanings were becoming rushed and incomplete -- sometimes it felt like no real cleaning was done at all. Over time, that lack of thoroughness became the norm. The final straw came with a serious issue involving a financing plan for my son's treatment. Although I agreed to an 18-month, no-interest plan, the office enrolled me in a 24-month plan with 26% interest. It took me four stressful weeks and numerous calls and emails (many unanswered) to get it fixed. At one point, I was even told the account could only be canceled if I opened a new one, which felt coercive and unprofessional. As a Deaf patient, I rely on email communication, yet messages often went ignored. Two years later, I still haven't received the final statement or an explanation for the mysterious $125 credit that I was supposedly owed. Our new dentist also questioned the amount of work that was recommended here -- and several of my son's fillings had to be redone because they had fallen out, costing us $750 out of pocket. I'm sharing this so others know to review their paperwork carefully, confirm financing terms, and keep all communication in writing.
