There is also a kids corner with different games and activities to do while waiting for your appt. The exam room has TVs in the ceiling and on the wall for you to watch while you're examined. They will typically allow you to be something from Netflix to watch. When you're being examined or cleaned, staff can then display their findings in the tv screen which is helpful and cool. My initial appointment was for a cleaning, which I never received. Over the course of a year, I repeatedly asked for routine cleanings & was never scheduled for one. My final appointment in May 2025 was supposed to address what I understood to be a filling. When I arrived, I was informed I would be receiving a root canal. This was the first time a root canal had ever been discussed with me. There was no prior explanation or consultation about why such an extensive procedure was necessary. I felt unprepared but agreed. During the procedure, there were complications & I ultimately lost the tooth, which had not been causing me pain or any noticeable issues prior to. Afterward, I researched beyond Google & found other patient reviews on different platforms describing experiences similar to mine. This was my personal experience, & I strongly encourage prospective patients to research via a variety of review platforms.

I have no idea if Dental House was on the level or not, but I was not impressed and certainly did not appreciate an estimate of close to $7,000 for dental work. I will not continue seeing them.
