I've been going here for years and years and even travel from out of state to see Dr. Trey and his fantastic staff.

There is also a kids corner with different games and activities to do while waiting for your appt. The exam room has TVs in the ceiling and on the wall for you to watch while you're examined. They will typically allow you to be something from Netflix to watch. When you're being examined or cleaned, staff can then display their findings in the tv screen which is helpful and cool. The staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful and I haven't gone anywhere else since then!

My initial appointment was for a cleaning, which I never received. Over the course of a year, I repeatedly asked for routine cleanings & was never scheduled for one. My final appointment in May 2025 was supposed to address what I understood to be a filling. When I arrived, I was informed I would be receiving a root canal. This was the first time a root canal had ever been discussed with me. There was no prior explanation or consultation about why such an extensive procedure was necessary. I felt unprepared but agreed. During the procedure, there were complications & I ultimately lost the tooth, which had not been causing me pain or any noticeable issues prior to. Afterward, I researched beyond Google & found other patient reviews on different platforms describing experiences similar to mine. This was my personal experience, & I strongly encourage prospective patients to research via a variety of review platforms.

Similar to another customer in this thread and about the same time frame. I had two root canals…read moredone and both capped even though I said my gums were hurting a bit but the capping proceeded. Turned out I had an infection. I was referred to a specialist to fix for another few thousand. Then I had to go back to Reflection to fix the caps which were going to be recharged. But before i decided to get the procedure again, the dentist reprimanded me because I was distressed over having to go through it all again and paying again. And then to top that off it was suggested that I get invisalign to alleve my issues. So I switched dentists. Btw, hygienists were good at least.

Although many of the reviews on Yelp for this practice are less than flattering, I noted most of them were quite old and other review sites had more positive feedback. I called to make an appointment for January 2022 and then rescheduled due to the omicron outbreaks. They were able to find a new date for me a few months later. However, I was very impressed by their COVID mitigation procedures, such as temperature checks, patient questionnaires for each visit, and full masking until it's time for treatment. Since it had been so long since my last dental appointment, I needed to get a full set of X-rays. Although these can be painful for me because of a "torus palatinus," or a natural bone growth on the top of my mouth, they did a great job being gentle and quick throughout the X-rays to minimize any pain. I really appreciated that they walked me through an explanation of everything we would be doing and discussed how it might feel throughout the process, especially if I may experience discomfort. They also did some high-tech scans so we could look at a 3D model of my mouth. (This may have been the coolest teeth-related moment of my life!) I needed a deep cleaning and some fixes on the sealants on my molars, which had originally been added 20+ years ago. We opted to split the visits, since it required addressing some pandemic buildup and a separate sealing process. Getting dental work isn't always a pleasant experience, but everyone at the practice was very professional and friendly. They answered all of my questions, especially those related to the probable long-term health of my teeth and gums. I really liked that they could show me specific areas based on the X-rays and 3D modeling. I was very happy with this practice and the visits I've had so far. I plan to continue my dental care here, especially since I know they are doing everything they can to ensure everyone's safety as we continue to navigate through COVID outbreaks.

I like my dentist, i really do but today's visit was almost comical…read more I had some crown work done about 6 months ago and after biting into a nut, it created an issue and shooting pain in that tooth. I called their office and asked for an appointment and I explained to the girl on the phone what happened and she asked me why I needed to come in...huh? Am I the only person that doesn't like pain? I told her that it was the same tooth I had them do crown work on 6 months ago. When I arrived for my appointment, the hygienist wanted to know where was the pain coming from...huh...well....my tooth, right? She wanted to know which one, i told her it was on the lower left...she wanted to know which one? I said well...if you can get me a mirror..I can tell you which one...but it's the one you didn't fix when I was here six months ago....yeah, that tooth. It was funny because after they took the x-ray and looked at the tooth...they all referred to it as number 19. See...even they have to give it a number so they know which one they are talking about. So the message to this story is know what number tooth you are having a problem with before you go here.

1 Star - Profits Over Patients: A Shameful Practice…read more Do not go to this dental office unless you're ready to be treated like a walking ATM rather than a patient. My experience mirrored another review I read afterward almost word for word--which only confirmed how common and systemic these tactics are at this office. Like that reviewer's husband, I came in for a routine cleaning fully covered by my insurance. Instead, I was subjected to over an hour of X-rays and sales pitches from a rotating cast of staff members, trying to push everything from Invisalign (because of a minor gap), to a deep cleaning, two crowns, a filling repair, and even a wisdom tooth extraction--all totaling nearly $7,000, of which $4,700 would be out-of-pocket. When I made it clear I was only there for a basic annual cleaning, they refused to perform it, saying the other (expensive) procedures needed to take priority. Let me be clear: this is completely unethical. Never in my life have I been denied a standard cleaning because I declined thousands of dollars in additional work I neither requested nor consented to. To make matters worse, they tried to pressure me into signing an "agreement to pay" form before even scheduling any appointment or obtaining my consent to treatment. The staff member downplayed it, saying it was "no big deal." I'm a contracts attorney--I knew better. The document was likely unenforceable, but their attempt to coerce a signature before care was even provided is utterly inappropriate and predatory. What's most disturbing is that this isn't an isolated incident. Other reviewers have had the exact same experience: baiting patients in with insurance-covered cleanings, then refusing care unless they agree to high-priced procedures and out-of-pocket costs. This practice is not only unprofessional--it's exploitative. This clinic places profit above patient care, and their tactics are misleading, high-pressure, and frankly, shameful. I strongly urge anyone considering this office to go elsewhere. There are plenty of ethical, patient-centered dental providers out there. This one is not among them.
