Angela is an incredible masseuse. She is sincere, knowledgeable, skilled and makes an effort to remember you. I've done one body dry brush and massage treatment and one 50 minute Swedish massage and both were lovely. The 2 hour treatment obviously takes the cake but the massage is so targeted and thorough. Angela is actively helping me learn to be more in tune with my body and where it holds tension and that is a huge development for me. The signature oil diffuser they have out at this location is delicious and immediately bathes you in calm when you enter. The front desk is always informational, helpful and prompt. The changing room, restroom, shower, lockers, and quiet room are in perfect condition and constantly being cleaned up and restocked. There are plenty amenities and products available for use in the changing room and a few snacks, a magazine, and cold water in the quiet room. You are treated with a tea or other beverage (never paid attention because I'm all for the tea but maybe a wine or a sparkling wine?) before and after your service. You receive 15% off your next session if you book again while checking out. There are seasonal specials and packages if you want to opt for more than one service as well. It is the day my appointment and I get a text an hour and a half before the scheduled time that I need to reschedule again. Mind you I took off work to have a relaxing self care day. I call and she tells me she had a walk in and walk ins bump Classpass bookings. It says this absolutely nowhere on the booking site nor was I ever told this might be a possibility. Then I get a text saying they only get a small percentage if I book on Classpass. How is that my problem? They were apologetic and offered to give me a discounted rate if I choose to book directly though them. If you won't accommodate and take customers on Classpass seriously then maybe you shouldn't be associated with the company, makes both businesses looks bad. Unfortunately, although the guy was incredibly sweet, I asked him to give me a natural blonde balayage (that would fade well since I can't afford to go every month) and I got super chunky, brassy orange highlights. It looked like I had let my hair grow out for months, even thought I had just left the salon and paid nearly $175 (that included a hair cut as well, which he actually did really well so I can't complain about that). I was going to ask him to fix it, but he kept gushing over how "incredible it was" and how much he loved it, so I felt it would have been really awkward for me to say how much I hated it. So, immediately after I left, I frantically called around to other salons seeing if they could fit me in so late in the day, and most said no. Then I called BB 63, and Madison answered and told me to come in as soon as I could. Long story short, she took what looked like 3 months of new growth with chunky highlights and turned it into EXACTLY what I wanted. Needless to say, she now has a customer for life!

Even better, when I called Reya the day of she could take me earlier than we originally scheduled. My hair looks about 100 times more healthy now that she has cut it. She shaped it, trimmed it but took into account my desire to keep length, gave me a glass of wine, chatted with me, and ensured that I will be a repeat customer. Oh and it was a really good price. Go see her! This review by the way was not "paid for" by the small 15% discount you get if you Yelp for the record. I enjoyed it with the discount but I'll keep coming back even without it.
