He woke up as soon as it was time to get my eyebrows threaded. Mina was so kind, and she informed me that I could put the car seat on the chair next to me. She even moved the chair, so my baby could be facing me. It was great and helpful, especially since the time I stopped by it wasn't packed. The interior was clean and pretty with their Christmas tree. I was very satisfied and happy with the results and this will be my go-to place to get my eyebrows threaded. Unfortunately, although the guy was incredibly sweet, I asked him to give me a natural blonde balayage (that would fade well since I can't afford to go every month) and I got super chunky, brassy orange highlights. It looked like I had let my hair grow out for months, even thought I had just left the salon and paid nearly $175 (that included a hair cut as well, which he actually did really well so I can't complain about that). I was going to ask him to fix it, but he kept gushing over how "incredible it was" and how much he loved it, so I felt it would have been really awkward for me to say how much I hated it. So, immediately after I left, I frantically called around to other salons seeing if they could fit me in so late in the day, and most said no. Then I called BB 63, and Madison answered and told me to come in as soon as I could. Long story short, she took what looked like 3 months of new growth with chunky highlights and turned it into EXACTLY what I wanted. Needless to say, she now has a customer for life!

I usually don't have specifics in mind when I go for a haircut besides keeping my bangs because I want to trust their expertise. Tiffany seemed boggled by me not having a specific direction. I think because of this, she gave me a very mediocre haircut. There wasn't any flair to it. She also didn't ask me how I wanted my hair styled. Overall she didn't seem very personable or confident in her skills. In the end, I felt that I overpaid for a very basic haircut. Another con was receiving text reminders for appointments I never made several months after the original appointment. I called to let them know, but I continued receiving the texts. I was greeted right away as the Threader worked on another customer's eyebrows. She instructed me to have a seat .I decided to take some pics for yall. The previous customer said, she liked coming to this salon and they did great work. This came to me as a surprise. She was getting her eyebrows tinted and they looked way to dark and uneven? The threader had been working there for five years. She said, the customers can be rude. She seemed tired and was multitasking? I got my eyebrows threaded for $8! The thread was really thick and hurt. Although, she was really fast and mindful of sensitive areas. That's what a pro does! You also get a punch card. That means, once you have gotten your eyebrows done 9 times, the 10th one is free! A great incentive for customers. My eyebrows were definitely cleaned up and more shapely. The price definitely matched the work done. Now, let's recap. Pro Threading is camouflaged in an old shopping center. Service is quick. Threader is experienced. When my mom arrived for her appointment, she was told there was no appointment under her name. She showed them the confirmation text she received when the appointment was made, and we later found out John had accidentally scheduled it for 04/30 a date that had already passed. They checked to see if the nail tech was available, but unfortunately she already had another client. My mom was initially told to wait because the tech would be available in 10 minutes, but shortly after, they informed her it would actually be a much longer wait. We've been loyal customers at this location for YEARS, and unfortunately this isn't the first time we've experienced issues with appointments. In the past, we tried to be understanding when our scheduled tech had to take another client for a quick touch-up or something minor. However, this situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. What upset us the most was the lack of accountability for the scheduling mistake. It's hard to understand why appointments are made if they are not properly honored or managed. Sadly, after years of supporting this business, this experience was enough for us to decide not to return.
