This place should be sued for medical malpractice!!! Due to a recent job thru Central Casting, I was instructed to go here for a Covid PCR test. Not only did they draw blood, and cause a nosebleed, I think they actually did some major damage to my sinuses as NOW I have an INFECTION!!!!! Scammers. I tested and I did not receive test results back until 3 weeks later. They took photos of my ID and said it was required. I should have checked YELP before I used their services and gave them my personal info. Now I keep getting alerts from the credit bureaus stating inquiry attempts and my information was ran on the dark web. Luckily I have had a security freeze placed on my credit reports with the bureaus ever since COVID had started for precaution. Please be aware of testing sights. SCAMMERS! They keep your personal information and results. It's been almost two weeks and I have not heard anything. My son and I got a COVID test early in the morning on Thursday, January 6th, 2022 and it is now Saturday, January 15th, 2022. I was also told 3-4 business days, I was shocked because their little building they have set up (45N and Calvacade) at the gas station reads "15 minute, rapid results". But by then it was too late, I was told this AFTER they swabbed us. Totally sketchy stuff going on. Hope they don't charge my insurance because I will fight it. Do not go here! I am going to pass by there and asked them what is going on if everyone here is saying they can't reach anyone by phone. Telephone picture in blue is a non working number and it's also what they have posted. And I don't know if it's just on my end on Facebook but it looks like they either blocked me from posting/commenting on their FB page called "Virus Detection Solutions" but that another red flag. I gave them info -- birthday, address, including social security number!!!--- because I thought they were part of a government testing program because they had ca.gov on their banner. If I could give this lab a zero or negative stars I would. My samples were turned into the lab on 12/31. It is 10 days later and still no results. I understand the possible delays during the holiday, and even a day or two because of the amount of testing going on right now, but 10 days?!? Their promise is 24-48 hours. What a joke. And don't bother trying to reach them. If you don't get the message for a full voicemail and actually get to a live person, the answer is always "your results are being processed, check back tomorrow". Same with the online chat. You'll be disconnected 10 times before you get the exact same response. Horrible management. Worse customer service. If your testing site or mobile tester is using this lab consider your money and time wasted. read more

Do not waste your time or give out your info to this place. I had to get tested because of exposure to Covid, and can't go back to work until I have negative test result. Got tested at the tent on Woodman and Riverside 6 days ago, still waiting for results and missed working days. Contacted the lab through the chat available on their website. Lab said they have never gotten my test to process. Went back to tent to clarify what has happened. They were extremely rude. Told me they can't help me, that there is nobody to talk to, and it's for free so I should not complain about missing results!!! The guy at the tent told me it was my choice and he is not responsible for it?! They basically collect info to get paid, but never take your tests to the lab! This is very shady business. My family had our test done on 12/30/2021 and as of today 1/4/2022 5:19pm there are still no results. I called and the voice mail said it's full and not able to accept messages. You will never able to get through anyone there. They took my personal information, copy of ID and insurance but never processed my test. I will call my insurance to report and make sure they are not billed. read more

With the whole pandemic going on and the mask mandate being removed, I am always stressing if I am coming down with something. I found nova diagnostics laboratories -LAX to be very convenient and have reasonably well prices. However I was fortunate enough that they take all different kinds of medical insurances so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. :) The staff is kind and very patient. Guys do not go to this place!!! Its awful. People there put the wrong information into their system which led to the positive result and the result is not accurate at all. I was unable to fly to another country because of this damn Laboratory. They didn't take responsibility of that and they didn't provide any solutions. The staff there has bad attitude. And then I did the COVID 19 test(PCR&Igm) for four times afterwards in the next 4 days. The result are all negative. read more

They are offering free Covid rapid tests at a pop up in Studio City (Ventura & Laurel Canyon). Rapid tests = 15-30m. It's been about six hours and we haven't heard back. Pretty sure it is a scam to get your info. Super shady. read more

I wish I could find a way to report their service....which is no service at all......I was tested last week on Wednesday and have not gotten my results as of this date. It's a scam. Tested my daughter there with the promise to receive results within 24-48 hours and days have passed with no results. I went back to the test site and they said they can't help me, and to call Nova dx directly. You can't get hold of a person at nova. Now I wasted all these days and need to get my daughter tested somewhere else again and lose more time from school. read more
