We were relieved and surprised by how seamless our pre-travel Covid PCR test experience turned out to be. Brian set it up for us and was able to accommodate a last-minute change to our schedule due to a flight change. Seth was the very pleasant technician who arrived at our home promptly and worked efficiently. He told us the techs are tested every working day. We had the lab report less than 7 hours after the test (negative, thank goodness). Note to owner: We were a bit surprised when a tip was suggested when we paid for the service, which is understandably fairly pricey. Never encountered that before in connection with health care. Maybe pay your hardworking employees more? But, overall, it was a good experience with a completely reliable service. read more

Came to our rescue! Went to a drive thru site for covid testing 72 hours before our flight to Australia with promise of results in 48-72 hours. When we didn't receive promised link to est. an account or results by 48 hour mark we started to panic. Called these folks, who by the way returned phone calls at 9:00 pm. Got an appt and had our results within about 90 minutes (EARLIER THAN PROMISED). Very professional, will meet you anywhere, and best of all KEEP THEIR PROMISES!! They've earned our trust. Expensive at $299/test, but when you've already invested thousands of dollars into an overseas trip, drop in bucket,right. Had to get UK employees tested for their flight back to the UK. Attendants were really nice and knowledgeable. Customer service is really helpful and worked with timings. Results came back earlier than expected. Only downside is the technology aspect. Online forms can be pretty finicky and not really tailored to international travelers. Overall, pretty convenient service, just hope they improve technology and cater to INTL travelers trying to get back home. read more
