I also followed his assistant's advice-- who recommended other methods as well. I didn't need surgery and was very happy w/ his office and Dr Najafi. He even called and did a follow up call to make sure I was staying out of the sun/ or covering up with a hat & sunscreen. So it you're looking for a good/honest surgeon I recommend him. While I was initially a little apprehensive because I couldn't find many reviews of his work online, once we actually went for the consultation to meet and discuss our options, I was immediately put at ease by his wonderful demeanor and attentiveness. I asked a lot of questions and he was very informative. Plus, I loved that he has a great sense of humor because it helped me to be less worried about the ordeal. And, the thing that blew me away the most is that, the day of the operation, my son went back for his surgery while I stayed in the waiting room nervous as could be, and a couple of minutes later, Dr. Najafi came back and asked me if I would like to come into the surgery room to hold my son's hand since he could see that both of us were nervous! How amazing is that? I was so very appreciative. And, during the surgery itself, he constantly advised what he was doing with each step and why. Carmen is just as awesome. She worked very hard in contacting our primary and secondary insurance to make sure everything was covered and she and Dr. Najafi went out of their way to squeeze my son in earlier than we had initially planned. She constantly kept me updated on the status of everything prior and even was so nice to text me all of the info she had just told me over the phone because I was driving and couldn't take it all down. Every time we've gone into the office for any appointments, she is genuinely cheerful and makes everyone that comes in the door comfortable. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Najafi for any surgery needs! Oh, and if anyone is interested in the cosmetic surgery part, he does that also and I would assume he is great at it, because I can tell that my son is hardly going to have any scar at all because of the doctor's precision and clear instructions for post op treatment!

I would have thought the doctor or the office would have made at least a suggestion on their recommended doctor and I could have received that information before I left the office 3 weeks earlier. This hospice was there to support every minute we needed anything from the equipment to the medications and down to the nursing staff. They were there until the very last minute and even after my loved ones passing. This team of staff continued to show the up most compassion and delicacy around a very difficult time. Thank you to this great team of doctors and nurses, we are forever grateful for your tender, love, and care. I can easily say my loved one can rest easy in paradise because of all the dignity left during the Last stages of life. Although this may not be ideal for anyone but since this is part of life, I highly recommend this hospice for your families needs.

We run on paper only, making more room for error and loss (mm-hmm, happened to me twice from the first visit). We're nosy. This is not the doctor's private office; this is the reception area. "Why do you need to know that now?" Now I'm just permanently ticked with the service, and can't shake it. The doc is knowledgeable. He's Harvard-educated (I'm pretty pedigreed myself...), but I don't believe we share the same values--which matters. He's a pessimist; I'm an optimist of faith.
