Came in for an ultrasound and a few x-rays. Why? To check and see if I had any more of those God forsaken kidney stones! When I tell you that the last one that hit was a special kind of hell....well.....there's no exaggeration there at all. Keeping my finger crossed that everything comes up negative, and that the urologist gets the results asap. I've learned the hard way what kind of stone my particular body produces, and it's the calcium oxalate variety. This means I'm tasked with keeping oxalate levels down to a minimum, and learning the low oxalate diet asap. Unfortunately for me, that means no more baked potatoes, no more dark chocolate of ANY kind, no more iced tea and a host of other high oxalate foods! Not sure why the reviews are so bad for this place, but I can say that I was handled with the utmost respect, and was in and out in literally 35 minutes. The staff was on point, super professional, and kind. So either I got lucky, or they've stepped their game up! read more

Everyone here was professional and polite. Saw a nurse dealing with a customer who hadn't made an appointment but still wanted to be seen. She was more than appropriate. She tried her best to help and explain. He was a tool. Good on her. I had a positive experience with an MRI. I would recommend some sort of music be played through a headphone(?) because this place has the LOUDEST noises of any I have been to. All-in-all a good experience. Now...for the results. read more

Not only did they give my son and my daughter in law a hard time about the insurance they sent them to the Temecula location for a scan only to get there and find out they couldn't do the procedure there!! NOT an open MRI. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU'RE CLAUSTROPHOBIC. I'm claustrophobic, I've gone to another facility in the past that is truly an open MRI. I tried Westchester RADNET because they're closer, called them and double checked that they have a true open MRI and was assured by their staff that they do. Got a referral for open MRI, filled out the paperwork online and checked off the box "yes, extremely claustrophobic". At my appointment I asked the front desk to confirm I was scheduled for their open MRI and they confirmed. They called me in 45 minutes after my appointment time and had me wait 10 more minutes in the dressing room so were running very late because they were using only one machine. I asked the tech again if this was their open MRI since it looked nothing like the one I had in the Dynamic MRI facility. The tech said "yes, this is our open MRI," loaded me into it and I found myself inside an enclosed tube. I immediately asked to get out, told her this was false advertising and NOT an open MRI and I left. I don't understand how they think they can get away with this. What do other people with claustrophobia do when finding themselves in this enclosed tube? Somehow grit their teeth and deal with it? I can't. Leave as I did? It's incomprehensible and reprehensible. Either they don't actually have an open MRI machine, or it was out of commission. Either way, they repeatedly lied. read more

Another MRI with the super nice team here. Seeing quite a few reviews where people have had super different experiences than I have had in my 5 visits here. Will definitely say the billing department at Radnet (centrally located - not the team here!) are terrible. Impossible to get through and get any help. But... this place they are great! My reason to come here is that they have a low priced open MRI within my network. So my out of pocket is low. That may not be enough for some folks. Also the front deskstaff are always super nice. Jazz and Jeff made my ex Yes, the waiting room of facility is a bit shabby. My doctors have told me they are happy with the imaging quality, so that is huge for me (as no-one wants to redo a test!) Parking is terrible, yes. $12 max in the building and no validation. But I always park on the street (mind the signs for various towing times!) with no issue. Just arrive 5 minutes early to find a spot. TL/dr: Quality open MRI with nice staff. read more

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at this imaging center. I was already anxious going in for a mammogram--worried about my health and trying to stay calm. While I was waiting in line, the receptionist, who was extremely rude, called out "Monica" (not my name). When I didn't respond, she looked directly at me and snapped, "I know that you heard me." I was shocked. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients are already under emotional stress. A little empathy goes a long way, and unfortunately, this receptionist showed absolutely none. I left feeling worse than when I walked in. I hope the staff gets proper training on how to treat people with kindness and respect. read more

Are used their services because it was very close to my home and convenient. They are open until 11 PM at night. The problem is the staff. The imaging technician was not very patient or kind. At the window when they log you in the people really didn't have a complete clue of what they were doing. It took them over two weeks to send the doctor my results. And that's after several phone calls. They just don't seem very responsive. Maybe they're overworked and have too many patients and not enough staff. They do not validate parking in the structure but there's plenty of free street parking just watch the signs. read more

This office has the worst set of medical "professionals" that I've ever come across! Let me be clear, it is not the actual staff that does the imaging...it's the front desk! I've wasted too much time trying to explain things to them. Things that THEY should already know. I've called this office to confirm information only to drive there and receive a totally different story! The ONLY sensible person that I've encountered here was Nancy. She takes time to explain processes and procedures. Don't get me wrong, the office is still amongst the worst, but at least she does not disregard your questions. Unreliable, incompetent and inconsistent are truly the best words I could find to describe the treatment that you receive on the phone or in person. My most recent visit was the last draw and I've asked my doctor to NEVER refer my family here again. I'll gladly drive out of my way in order to receive proper care. Have been going yo this location for a few years now. Love the front desk, the new renovations, and love to get my imaging here. I love most workers, although last time I went I had a slight bad experience. It was the weekend and I believe her name was Gabby and she had a very bad attitude with me. She had attitude as soon as I told her I did not drink 32 oz prior to appointment. As the scheduler did not tell me to. She looked annoyed and even rolled her eyes at me. Besides that ultrasound worker everyone else who had done my imaging has been amazing. Hope gabby gets better and learns to be more compassionate with patients. read more

The tech was very nice but I like when they communicate with the patient during the exam. With all that said, I would go there again for the convenience. The scan experience itself was fine, but the office was a disaster. It took me ages to get my scans sent to my doctor, after calling every day for almost a week. I was told I could mail my CD, and then I couldn't, and then I could, and then I called the wrong number (but was given the same number to call instead), and then I called the wrong number again, and then I couldn't send my CD, etc etc etc. They never sent me a tracking number for my CD, and it took a month to get to my doctor. There are plenty of places to get scans, don't do it here. I've never had so much trouble getting access to my own scans before. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced!! I made an appointment well in advance and when I went in for mammogram after waiting a good 30 minutes, I was informed they would not do my mammogram because I didn't bring all my past images with me. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT! I gave them permission to get all my records well I'm advance. When I explained this and that I was upset I just wasted 3 hours out of my day, the technician said, "don't blame me. I have to drive over an hour to get here too". Unbelievable! Best MRI experience I have had because they have an open MRI machine!! My technician was wonderful!

So I have a problem and was referred by my doctor to have an MRI (that is enough to say). I don't consider myself to be a large guy, but when I had my first MRI at a location close to me it was not an open MRI and now I know what a sausage feels like since I had no room and was squeezed in. My friends said it was probably like that scene in "The Incredibles" where Mr. Incredible was getting squeezed into that transport he went it. So when the second MRI was requested I told my doctor I needed an open MRI. This was the closest location to me and although a bit of a drive to me it was worth it. I went into the wrong suite at first (the one for X-Rays I guess) and with a room full of people I was glad to be told to go down the hall to a large waiting room with only one other patient. When it came time to get the MRI, I was taken over to a changing area, got gowned up, and went into the MRI imaging room. True to life I fit with no "sausage-like" experience. The tech guys were nice enough for what this was and I finished up and was out. I got to look at the images of the MRI online through a link...yeah...anyway since I don't have medical training my doctor will give me the information. For what it is, I am good with it. read more

I was hesitant to only have this location as my MRI option due to the reviews on here, but I was pleasantly surprised at how kind and professional the staff was. Per doctor's orders, I was in a bit of a rush to get my MRI, so after 20 minutes on the phone trying to find an available spot, the agent was able to book me here on the same day of the call. I was lucky that traffic out to LA was decent (given it was the day of the Dodger's parade I believe), I arrived early and was able to get my imaging done with minimal wait. I would definitely recommend this place and would be open to coming here again if a future MRI is necessary. Thank you to the wonderful staff here. read more

Rude. This is a reschedule already... last week when here they had a line out the door and they did they were 2 hours behind and they intended for me to sit and wait. I had already another appointment to go to and I told them I couldn't. They didn't bother to call me and tell me they were behind or anything. It's a complete la k of respect for people's time. Today is no different. I have been here for a long time already and when I ask if it will be long they said: "we got your paperwork, we can't tell you. Just wait" The technician is very very nice. I was scheduled for an ultrasound at Weschester Advanced Imaging. I arrived an hour early to avoid 5pm LA traffic. There are no validation provided to park at the building. The location was easy to find & conveniently locate near a large shopping center. They have two suites in the building to check-in, depends on what service is needed. I went to suite 111 & the space was large & spacious. They had a hot & cold water cooler dispenser which I thought was a nice offering. There are two waiting areas, the main large one when first entered & a smaller one inside after you are called in. The smaller waiting area needs a more modern style makeover as it looks outdated. I was called in at my assigned time did not have to wait long. My overall experience was a 4 but the customer service received from Laura at the front desk was a 5. She is super nice & patient in answering all my questions. I appreciated my conversation with an individual like Laura, who genuinely listen & care about your concerns. The women who work the front desk here are awful. They are rude, lazy, and incompetent. As another reviewer experienced, I was given a very hard time by these nasty women because my doctor made a small mistake on the referral form. First I received a very rude phone call from one of them and she hung up on me when I asked for guidance on what was wrong with the forms. When I showed up, they were extremely nasty to me and kept finding new faults with the referral every time I had my doctor fax a new one so I spent hours on the phone with my doctor's office when these miserable women could have easily called the office for me and used their knowledge to help me navigate the mistakes. At some point the rude front desk lady said "give me your phone so I can tell your doctor off." I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism here. Finally I was able to see the team in the back for my imaging and they were all great (especially the mammogram tech), but those front desk women are just horrendous. I had to take my appointment at this location because I had several tests and they were the only place with time for multiple studies, but I've since relocated to a closer and nicer center and the people at the new place are so nice and professional. When an issue arose with my forms the new center front desk was so nice and took control and called my doctor and cleared it all up for me with total compassion and kindness. It made me realize what a nightmare the front desk women at Westchester are to deal with. The saddest thing is the Westchester place services a poor neighborhood and I watched them be nasty to so many scared and vulnerable women there for potential cancer imaging. To be nasty to women in that vulnerable state is despicable. I know many women who are afraid of their first mammograms or don't follow up like they should out of fear so I guarantee those heartless, lazy women at Westchester front desk have turned women off forever from getting life saving mammograms and that is absolutely heartbreaking that their nasty moods and hating their jobs probably cost someone their life. So my daughter had an appointment yesterday which was September the 13th 2024 around 8 in the morning, the receptionist that was helping her at first was rude and unprofessional. I did not appreciate her raising her voice at my child, she was already nervous about being there. However she was basically telling her that she would need to reschedule her appointment because she did not have the paperwork from the doctor with the her diagnosis on there and gave her a number to call which had I high call volume, so my daughter went back to the window and asked would she be able to go get the paperwork and the lady said you will miss your appointment time if you did that. So I advised my child to talk to the other lady that was on the right with the nice glasses. So we approached the window and she overly helped us, not only did she push back her appointment time to make sure gets seen, but she also was calling to see if she could get the paperwork and I really appreciate her for that. I also told her thank you for not yelling at my daughter, however I end up leaving to go get the paperwork from my daughters doctor because the hold time was long and I really wanted my child to be seen and she made it... I wish I would of gotten the nice lady with glasses on name she was awesome we thank you... Worst business I've come across in quite some time. If you want to see an example of how not to run a business, check this place out. Their business practices are stunningly bad. It almost seems they don't want business, as they make it as hard as possible just to get an appointment. And even then...well...good luck. Once I finally got an appointment. (The process took three weeks) i walked in for an 8:30 pm MRI and X-ray (I picked this location because they offered both) only to be told they stop X-rays at 4. The desks behind the receptionist were literally covered in files. It was not only unsightly, but worrisome. If they were so disorganized and careless with files, what did that mean for their services?? Once checked in the process was smooth. Though the technician was perhaps the least professional human I've encountered in a medical setting. He spent time while the machine was running watching some show that he had blaring for all to hear. My referring doctor preferred Radnet as they supposedly offer quick results and access to them online for doctors. It took almost three days for my doctor to get the results--in June of 2023 they are still attributing this to...covid. Yeah. This is the kind of business with at seems nobody cares about. My total guess is that, judging by what I saw, some guy owns this office and doesn't give two shits about customer, but loves money. He just orders his cowering staff to keep the machines running. He probably has multiple locations which he visits when he rolls his sweaty and misshapen corpse into the office to collect the money. I'm sure that's not the case. But.... read more

One of the worst healthcare experiences I can remember. Most everything about this place--before, during and after--told me to TURN AROUND AND RUN. But I didn't listen because I needed an MRI quick and it was close to my home. Bad decision. 1. My MRI was at 10:30PM on a Monday night, was done close to midnight. No parking, locked doors. Creepy office building. Lights cut off while in their dilapidated offices. All dr's were gone. I could hear the techs were watching a Seinfeld rerun on tv. If it wasn't my health and well-being, it would've been funny - but it was not. 2. They were a pain in the ass with my insurance every step of the way. Before and after. To the point where they couldn't even confirm I was covered while I was there and had the procedure done. Despite SEVERAL confirmations by my insurance co and referring doctor beforehand. 3. The MRI experience itself was TERRIBLE. MRI's are never fun but this was bad. The techs were nice people but there was almost no communication from them once inside. They put me in a position that probably injured me further (arm stretched up and on my stomach...both bad) and the little ear plugs that slip out that do little to block the 30 mins of extreme noise they pound into you ears and brain (I'm sure my hearing is a bit worse after as well). The only remotely good thing was the open unit, compared to enclosed...or so I thought.... I was glad it was over. At least I got the images. Or so I thought... When my doctor got the images, he determined THEY WERE UNUSABLE. The images were BLURRY and they friggin DID THE WRONG SIDE of my chest! And it turns out, the open unit is not as ideal as the closed, according to my doctor. So after all that stress, BS and wasted time and energy, I HAD TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN AND GET ANOTHER MRI FOR MY DR TO ACCURATELY ASSESS DAMAGE IN ORDER PERFORM SURGERY. Went somewhere else this time and the whole experience was night and day. Literally!...on every possible level. TL;DR... Avoid at all costs. Any "convenience" is not worth it. Not talking about the nice, pleasant people who work there, the way it's run/operated and probably trained. Also, trust your gut. read more
