The experience was pleasant and quick. It took 2 days for them to tailor and wash the dress I had bought online. I was highly anticipating this dress for a wedding I had coming up the next day and didn't expect any issues considering this place was so highly rated. But unfortunately when I got home and tore open the clear wrap off the hanger, a terrible stench hit me. My brand new and CLEAN dress smelled like body odor. I emphasize clean because it was noticeably washed and steamed too. I felt very confused and disappointed as to how this could be. Since they only have a regular sewing machine he advised that I go to the alteration place around the corner to get my bridesmaid dress hemmed but he could restitch my skirt and dress. I appreciated that he encouraged me to go elsewhere rather than just taking my money to not do a good job. If you need a fancy piece altered, I'd go elsewhere! They offered to dry clean my clothes after they altered them so I had them clean my dress. Very quick turn around time! They were able to alter my 2 pieces and dry clean my dress by the date he said it would be done (only 5 days - Sat till Wed). They didn't call me to confirm they were done so just show up on the day they say it will be done. To get 2 pieces altered and 1 piece dry cleaned the total cost was only $29.99. Very cheap and worth it! The only disappointment was the stitch color that he used is different than the color of my dress so you can see it a little. You really have to look closely to notice so I'm happy with the work done.

He did not apologize. He promised he would call me by a specific time later that day and confirm he had my seat cover (clothes should be ready but he had no idea there was a seat cover). He never did. Anyways long story long, he has repeatedly made promises to check on my items and arrange delivery and call at specific times, but he has never followed through.
