I started using Life Without Laundry along while ago about two years and they have been amazing. The communication is great. The couriers are the nicest they always get laundry done and all folded and ready to be worn again and if there's any issues or any changes, you can text the owner directly, which is amazing , I would recommend this service. There are service, especially in bigger cities, but this one is very much personalized and great.

I don't mind the price of $90 for pickup/drop off laundry, but the constant texting back and forth, the handling, and basic customer service was really unprofessional. I acknowledge that the confirmation email went to the wrong address, but it should not have taken over two weeks to get my mother's laundry back. When finding out what went wrong, the whole transaction wasn't handled professionally. After two weeks, my mom's laundry was dropped off in front of her apartment door. No phone call, no attempt to reach her or me. At least they took a picture and texted it to me proving delivery. Thankfully, no one took it. When things go wrong in business, you bend over backwards to fix it. I didn't see this happening, just excuses and no solution. I realize that mistakes happen. But the frequent texting, delay in delivery, making excuses, a week delay in payment (you should let customers know about different/faster payment options than PayPal), then dropping them off outside a front door without communication is unacceptable.

I came to the reviews of Big Waves laundromat. The reviews were good so I decided to go with big waves laundromat, and I'm glad I did. What I like is the options of the capacity that you need to wash your clothes. You have small, medium and large front loading washers. They also have top loading washers. They have signs on top of the washers to show you the prices of the different capacities. The dryers are all one size they can handle a lot of clothes or bedding. Also there are extra large capacity dryers. So big a bed could fit lol . The price is for the dryer are .25¢ each 10 minutes. Trust me a dollar can completely dry a load of laundry. The dryers work very well. They have a restroom for the customers. They have ATM machine. They have a change machine if you prefer to use quarters. I use the app you can add funds set your washer or dryer and get a text message that your washer or dryer is complete. They have some paintings on the wall that are for sale. They are very pretty. Another thing I like is it is very clean. All throughout the day someone is always cleaning. Someone is always available if you have an issue with a machine. They have a parking lot, although it fills up fast but there are a few street parking places. They do have a fluff and fold Service. They also have baskets that you can bring to your car and fill up with your laundry, making it easier to bring into the wash house. They have vending machines that have some laundry soaps. Also drinks and snacks although I didn't see any prices so I would be careful about choosing something without a price. Maybe someone working could tell you how much each item is. They are located off of Venice Boulevard at Grandview. This is my go to wash house and I'm so glad I chose them.

When one takes out the laundry from the dryer it should feel a bit warm which it does from some machines but not others--even when on a hot load! Overall a great place to do laundry.

When walking in, I was greeted by the team and they handed me a $25 laundry card and a ticket for a swag exchange. Very generous! For their swag, can choose between a T-shirt or laundry bag that were TV show branded. The whole laundromat looked very cool with dimmed lights, strings of lights and a disco ball, TV show branded, the DJ, coffee bar, and bodega set the best vibe ever as you washed your clothes! If it wasn't this much fun every time you did laundry! The bodega had the best classic candy and snacks like Twix and Pop Tarts! Even the laundry staff were very nice and helpful. Why I didn't give it a 5/5 stars? I found it to be a little pricier to do laundry here than other laundromat I've been to! $5.00 for the smallest front load machine? Dryers do take coins, it's $2.50 for about 30 minutes minimum. You can top off after you pay $2.50 but you cannot just start a drying cycle with just a dollar if you want for example. I normally don't hella dry my clothes so I don't dry hot and take all the minutes. I believe there are dryers which you can but you gotta ask which ones they are.
