I was driving late recently, about 7 pm, and their light was on, and doors were open, so I stopped by, as they were remodeling a bit. I had an emergency with my dress, so I took a chance and asked if they could help me; even though they were closed, they had me try the dress on and did the measurements so that I could get it tailored, and had it ready for me the following morning by 11 am since they knew it was an emergency and I needed it for an event. 1) DO NOT COME HERE , EVEN IF IT IS YOUR LAST RESORT !! Do NOT bring an important item of yours that you cherish to this unprofessional sloppy establishment . 2) I had brought a total of 6 items to this cleaner including a leather jacket and polyester smooth material pastel dress . Initially , they told me that all my items were going to be ready in ONE WEEK. I came back to get all 6 of my items and they are just now bringing to my attention that my leather jacket is not ready . They had my phone number on the receipt , they should have called me to tell me that . 3) ONE WEEK LATER, my leather jacket is STILL NOT READY . Again , they should have called me so I can make other arrangements . They had excuse after excuse & were very UNPROFESSIONAL . I spoke to the other employee over the phone regarding this, he said nonchalantly , " it's just 2 more days" . I had need my jacket before the weekend !!! Granted , it wasn't ready after "just 2 days " . 4) It took 3 WEEKS to have my leather jacket ready. 3 1/2 weeks after I dropped 6 of my items off , I am just now noticing some spots on my pastel dress!!! I paid to have this cleaned and there were no stains when I brought it in !!! I am disgusted and don't know how I'm going to wear my dress . There are also scratches on my leather jacket that were not there before . 5) They need to be CLOSED FOR BUSINESS PERMANENTLY ASAP!!! I think they did pretty good with my bags! I had inquired with another cleaner on having to fix my two small back packs (one had a strap that disconnected from the bag and the other one just had a belt that came off it's hinge to close the bag). I got a response from a few cleaners but this one - I took a chance because they came back with the best price! I got both bags back and they look great! It only costed me $22 to have them stitch the straps back on. read more

This is the worst cleaners ever SINCE they changed ownership. I dropped 6 pair of pants off I told them no crease well all 6 came back with creases I was livid!! they sent the pants back out to get fixed without the creases well 5 came back and the 6pr he said was dirty!!! How when all you was doing was taking the crease out? So he tell me to come back the next day to pick up the last pair when I go to pick them up it's not there i was livid! Make a long story short I been coming to this cleaners for at least 7yrs no issues with the old owners with the new Owners always something so I'm done I will find a new cleaners who listens to customers orders when dropping off clothes!! I had drop my clothes off at this cleaners on May 10, with a 35 dollars deposit. After three days my clothes we're done, and I had headed up there to pick up all of my clothes at the time I didn't even think to check my clothes cause I had assumed that all of my clothes was there. As I get home, I had started to put up my clothes, and I had realize that my white pair of jeans was missing. So I had call the place to inform them about the situation, and he had told me that they were look for my jeans. The next day I had called to see if they had found them, and the guy told me are you sure you had brought your white jeans to us. I had reply that was the first thing that I had gave to you just to mention that my white jeans cost 70 dollars, and that's the reason why I'm mad. So he then told me to call back, and I had gave he a call the next day, and still no luck. It been five days already, and I still having hear from the guy.
