There has been ongoing loitering in the parking lot and along the side of the building, and I have personally brought this issue to management's attention on several occasions. Paying customers should not have to repeatedly encounter individuals congregating around the property or feel uncomfortable walking to and from their vehicles. This is especially concerning when customers are carrying laundry, purses, personal belongings, or visiting during less busy hours. This facility has always presented itself as a sophisticated, well-maintained laundromat, and the environment surrounding the building should reflect that same standard. Owner involvement is clearly needed.
