The experience was pleasant and quick. It took 2 days for them to tailor and wash the dress I had bought online. I was highly anticipating this dress for a wedding I had coming up the next day and didn't expect any issues considering this place was so highly rated. But unfortunately when I got home and tore open the clear wrap off the hanger, a terrible stench hit me. My brand new and CLEAN dress smelled like body odor. I emphasize clean because it was noticeably washed and steamed too. I felt very confused and disappointed as to how this could be. And before I could even think to call about it, they had closed and now it's too late because the wedding event is tomorrow.... Don't think I'll be coming back.

I went back the day my items were suppose to be ready..(mind you the clothes are not hung on hanger which is ok there in the cleaners plastics folded up) I checked my clothes, the dress was stitched up right but they changed my entire button and the design of my pants.. My pantsvbutton just snaps together.. They put a clear plastic button replacing my snap button. They cut a slit in it so the clea4 button can go threw. It's messed up they didn't even tell me. if I didn't check before leaving I would not have known until I got home. I mentioned to her she said, :that's not the button we don't have the push button!..I" I said no anf you should have told me you altered my pants. . She said I will have my girl repair and i will call you when its ready. It's coming up to a month still no pants ,text or nothing . I texted her and she said it was ready Saturday. I said how would I've known. I gave a few extra days and went up there Wednesday and she said its not here. What! So she said wait and goes on amazon looking for the button. ( I'm like this should have nern done).asking me is the the snap button . I'm like I forgot how it looks. I was just like Give me my money she ignored that and said I'll order the buttons and have my girl do it. She wasn't giving me back my money at all. Another 2 weeks. I goes up there and get my pants. They change the designed because it had to be stitched up because of the slit the cut in there to make their own button. Now that its repaired you can tell it was sewed up because prior the area was smooth. I said you know you know you did me wrong.. She just looked at me not ferlimg sorry not even offering a refund or discount or nothing.. Its a clearens it's just were clothes are held and there done somewhere else. For all I no its done out of someones house.

We had a great experience with JT Clean LLC. Their commercial cleaning service really stood out…read morebecause of their attention to detail. They didn't just clean the obvious areas--they paid attention to the little things that are often overlooked, like wiping down door handles and light switches, cleaning corners and baseboards, removing fingerprints from glass doors, dusting hard-to-reach areas, and making sure high-traffic areas looked clean and professional. What impressed us most was that they actually took the time to inspect their work instead of rushing through the job. The restrooms were thoroughly cleaned and stocked, trash was removed, floors looked great, and everything was left organized and ready for the next business day. JT Clean was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in quality control. If you're looking for a commercial cleaning company that pays attention to the details, I would definitely recommend them.
