Both Dana and Morgan are patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dana has been particularly helpful in recommending products and dosages and combinations to help me with my pain and sleep issues (e.g., arthritis in the fingers of my left hand seemed to pop up suddenly and has become more painful over the last year). I think the renewal cost is reasonable as well ($79). Highly recommend!

I just reached my year anniversary with Virginia Weight & Wellness and I did want to leave a…read morereview. I have been seeing Erin and I did not come to her as the easiest case. I had a substantial amount of weight to lose after acquiring Hashimoto's, Autoimmune Uticaria and Angioedema, and my thyroid decided to take a dive. She is more than understanding, and baby steps we took. After one year I am down a total of 69 pounds. Through several different approaches this has been achieved. I am forever grateful, this gave me my life back. Losing weight definitely makes the autoimmune diseases a little more manageable. She assured me that I could still lose the weight, it just might be a little slower than others that don't have to battle a thyroid problem. She was 100% right. I averaged a 5.8 lb weight loss a month but x that time 12 and a year later I say goodbye to 69 pounds. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed, if you don't give up on yourself.

TENTATIVE RATING ^…read more Hi! I'm not sure if anyone will see this but I received a call on the 06/21/23 that it was time to schedule my new patient appointment from the waitlist and to call back. I called back on the 21st and left a voicemail. I called twice in the 22nd and left a message and a voicemail and didn't hear back. I called again today the 23rd and was asked to leave a message and they'd call me back. I entered the waitlist on Oct 13th 2022 and have been very eagerly waiting and waiting. I am recently engaged and ready to try one last thing before making the jump to weightloss surgery so I can be truly confident at my wedding since I have PCOS and nothing has worked. I don't want to miss my opportunity to get an appointment and get put BACK on the waitlist because no one would get in contact with me. When would I be able to get in touch with someone who could schedule that appointment?? I kept getting sent to voicemail or asked to leave messages for the coordinator or the scheduler or office administrator. When is the best time to reach whoever I need to reach? Thank you.

Her diagnostic skills are extraordinary -- she is uncanny and precise in troubleshooting my current health condition. She also explains her treatments well, she is open to complementary modes of healing, and she respects her patients views and opinions. And while I've had a lot of experience with acupuncture, Vicky is very patient, gentle, and professional, traits that should reassure anyone interested in acupuncture treatment. But none of this, however, would really matter if the treatments didn't work. But they do work. Vicky is terrific. I've gone to see her with everything from gout flares, to flu-like symptoms, to stress-related conditions. Each time, I've come away feeling much, much better. My pain is gone, I feel more relaxed, and I get fantastic sleep. These days, I see Vicky for what I call my monthly "tune-ups." I feel great knowing that I'm being proactive with my health and well being. Finally, I can't say enjoy about Vicky's staff. Like Vicky, they are personable, professional, and strive to give great customer service. Every office visit is a joy. What else can I say? RVA Acupuncture is a Five-Star operation. RIFM has provided quality care for my complex conditions (POTS, MCAS, hyper mobility) and I feel…read moreextremely lucky to be a patient of theirs. I have been dismissed by many doctors who thought my symptoms were just anxiety. After many years and seeing many doctors I was finally diagnosed with POTS. I thought the hard part was over, but I was wrong. Finding a doctor who wants to treat POTS is even harder. Dr. Hartman doesn't shy away from hard. I've seen Dr. Hartman for many years and he is one of the smartest doctors I've ever come across. He listens, understands, and partners with you to come up with solutions to help manage my conditions. He has run tests that most doctors don't that have uncovered causes of some of my symptoms. He is constantly learning new information, thinks outside the box, and shares this knowledge with his patients. Not only have I had such positive experiences with Dr. Hartman, but I have had positive experiences with both of his nurse practitioners Jodi Caddell and Veronica Porterfield. Recently, Ms. Porterfield saw me for an illness and possible tick bite infection and she spent so much time with me and followed up with me when I was having issues and questions, even calling me on her personal time on a Sunday night. Never have I felt more cared for. I have not seen Dr. Jenski but know people who do see him and have just as amazing things to say about him. RIFM is filled with providers who truly care about you and want to help you find solutions to feel your best. Don't hesitate to join this practice - you won't regret it!
