Nour Coffee Shop was an absolute delight and quickly became one of my favorite café discoveries. Everything we ordered was exceptional, making it a spot I'd happily return to again and again. I wish I lived next door! The people here are the sweetest. Our order is always correct, fresh, & hot. They have the best Chai Latte in the area. It feels like a cafe in a big city with a Neon Sign, art work, & dark walls and it's a cozy relaxed vibe. Seating indoor & out. Today is my first time visiting Nour, a delightful coffee shop off the Carlisle Pike. It's my mission to support local businesses, especially ones with a mission. Nour Coffee's mission statement is "Where Everyone Light Shines Better." I met the owner, Kate, who took my order and mentioned that the bakery goods are delivered daily from Philly. As a Philly girl, that was music to my ears. And a Chef's kiss for the chocolate croissant that was fresh and delicious. When Kate brought over my Iced Matcha with Vanilla, she mentioned that she didn't get it right because, as you may know, Matcha is a green tea powder that must be mixed just right. The Matcha was excellent, thank you, Kate. I can't remember ever being treated so well at a coffee shop. I will be back to this gem. read more

My wife and I have been to Nour two times this week. My son went today and he loves their gummy worm dirty syrup. My wife got spinach, egg, sausage casserole that I ate half on the way home. Hence, the reason for no pictures. We live like three miles away so yeah I attacked it. Good prices and friendly service. The coffee is really good too. This is a fantastic coffee shop, super quick and efficient, which is perfect if you're on the go. The staff is so friendly, and it's clear they care about their business. The coffee was absolutely delicious; we tried their specials and were not disappointed at all. Their breakfast sandwiches were classic and tasty. Someone else mentioned that their prices are amazing for a small cafe, and I completely agree. It's worth going out of the way just to support them. Idk why this place has such high ratings. My banana bread broke when the employee was moving it and I didn't get the broken piece so I didn't get what I paid for when it was already a thin sad piece of banana bread for $3.50. The iced latte 16oz tastes like it only has one single shot of espresso. Most places put a double shot. So this one tastes like straight up milk. Service was not good, no greeting or anything. Tables and floors were very dirty when I came in but at the same time they were cleaning it then. But shouldn't let it get that dirty all over before cleaning it up, not a good look. I purchased a ham and cheese croissant at this establishment and it was 5 dollars. It was freezing cold on the inside still. They literally just took a frozen croissant and heated it up and called it a day. FOR 5 DOLLARS. This and all of the other food was incredibly overpriced. Service was reasonably quick though. They have a variety of seasonal drinks that are quite decent. The prices are on par with prices in the area. The decor is interesting and creates a good social atmosphere. Terrific (huge! ) English muffin breakfast sandwich, great cappuccino & dirty soda, and tasty sweet scone & banana bread. I liked the decor touches too. The staff was welcoming with professional & fast service. Owner checked on us and we found her friendly and interested in our experience. Took us forever to try them out, but we'll be back. Let me start by saying I miss the coffee shops of our little town in NJ where we could stop in just about any time of day, up till 8 pm or so to catch a coffee and or dessert after dinner to hang out with others. What's up with this area of coffee shops closing at 2 and 3 pm?!! Crazy! Any who, this is a nice modern interior, all new and shiny, clean and welcoming. But I had just made my order at 1:45 pm not realizing they were closing up working minutes, so I couldn't sit back and relax after a rough day up till that point. The chocolate croissant was fine, but not fresh. I often get some type of frape when the weather gets warm (as it was the day I stopped in) but they didn't offer them. Instead they had a similar frozen texture item (pink and overly sweet) that was some type of berry perhaps. Just wasn't sure why they couldn't make the same thing but with coffee and coco powder to flavor it. In fact, coincidentally the gentleman behind me asked for a frape too, saw my drink and asked exactly what I was thinking (and just expressed here). In any case, the drink was ok but not something I'd order again. However, it was a wonderful surprise, after speaking with the owner, to learn that this business helps train and hires folks with disabilities. That is in itself a reason to return here again and again. A very noble act for a business, I know as my past job was to recruit businesses to do this, and so many were not as receptive and helpful as Nour Coffee. Though the owner wasn't so welcoming and friendly in his interactions with me as his customer, he did provide direct informative answers to most of my questions. I wish them all the best and will return at some point probably. read more

Stopped by this cute little coffee shop today and enjoyed a seasonal latte and a pastry. The staff was welcoming & patient with their peers and customers alike. Everything was clean and yummy. It was loud and could use something to absorb some of the noise. Outdoor seating for the summer would be a plus (but they are pretty limited with space). We finally stopped by to try Nour for a coffee and pastry. First thing I noticed when we walked in was how ascetically pleasing it was. Nice decor, clean and welcoming. We were greeted by the sweetest young lady waiting to take our order. She was patient while we figured things out. She was assisted by her coworker who assisted her to make sure our order was correct and explained to us she had more questions about our drinks before ordering pastries. Everything came up quickly. The lattes were very good and the pastries were delicious. I definitely recommend the sticky bun! It was a rainy Saturday and it was busy with customers. My only suggestion would be to add noise buffering panels to the space. It was loud and difficult to hear at times. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back. read more
