We walked in and were so confused at what we were about to do looking at all the ceiling vents over the tables, but it was so fun and entertaining of a meal! It reminded me of a fondue place with Korean food. You order from your phone (super easy) and the food magically shows up. You cook it in front of you and it was all so tasty! We loved the noodles, the sushi, and all the flavorings of the meats. I didn't love the sushi pizza being fried (but we were getting so full by that point haha)z My husband would have loved this place since it was all you can eat haha. We unfortunately didn't try the desert since we were looking forward to ice cream cones. Only surprise was a 30% service charge that we weren't expecting! Definitely come hungry to get your money's worth.

I made a reservation online for 715pm which was quite easy to do. Also, there's a ton of parking since it is situated in a strip mall. We had to wait no more than 5 minutes to wait for a table. Usually when it comes to AYCE places, people complain about how long it takes to get their food. Not this place! I don't know how many people they have working in the back but the management are doing a mighty fine job. There's also a lot of staff from busboy/girl, waiters, hostesses and you can't forgot the robot ! The raw meat was well seasoned. They even had lamb chops. Yes you read right, lamb chops marinated with cumin. They were cooked to perfection and hot. Now that I done blabbing about them, I never have too much faith in the nigiri or maki but it was delicious. The sashimi was fresh and cold. The cook cut the fish in smaller pieces which I appreciate- I dread of buying into one big blob of raw fish. The soup looks plain and white but they put white pepper and it hit the spot. White pepper tastes completely different than black by the way for anyone who is wondering. My mom loved it. I loved it and will be back!!

The bibimbap poutine is the standout dish here - this actually won an award for the best poutine a couple years ago - and it was totally worth the calories. Did not expect such a deliciously rich taste, it was the perfect fusion food. The service was excellent as well, the servers were extremely attentive, gave great suggestions, and generally pleasant to interact with. The prices aren't cheap but the portions are at least a decent size. Definitely worth a visit!

I would try this place again…read more I've only tried this location, so I will comment this location alone. They have 2 other locations. Very nice staff. The drinks were good. They have a big selection of wines and a pretty big menu for cocktails aswell This is a tapas restaurant so for those that like sharing it's perfect because the portions are not huge. It's perfect to get a few different things and share in between. We got the oysters, the tuna tataki, the crab bites and also the salmon tartare. All of those were good. The only disappointment that I had was more of the tartare, I feel like the amount of salmon in the tartare was not enough and there were more of the other ingredients then the salmon in the tartare.(like tomato that looks like tartare but it's actually tomato). Prices are not that expensive compared to other tapas restaurant in MTL I definitely recommend this place, it's nice for a date night or to catch up with a friend. This location wasn't big.

Madame Thai - Thai chicken fried rice

I had seen it on previous visits, and this time we had been pretty well exposed to Quebecois food following our arrival to Longueuil, our time in Montreal, then to Trois-Rivieres, to Quebec City, and back. We were looking for something different, we enjoy Thai food in New York when it is really good, and we were hungry that day following an outing. One of our favorite restaurants where we live in Queens is an authentic Thai restaurant, so having been in Canada for eight days already, we were excited for something that was a little more familiar and without maple syrup. The menu is more akin to an Asian fusion restaurant than that of a purely That restaurant. For appetizers we ordered chicken dumplings in peanut sauce and steamed vegetable dumplings. The peanut sauced dumplings were delicious, served hot with a creamy peanut sauce that coated the dumplings and made them rich. The steamed dumplings were great too, simple with a perfectly seasoned sweet soy dipping sauce. I did order a Thai staple, sliced chicken and mixed vegetables in a ginger sauce that comes with white rice. The ginger sauce was light, a little sweet, and perfectly balanced. The dish was a perfect showcase for the better quality produce you find in Canada than in the US. The vegetables were all fresh and tasty and that was an even greater addition to the chicken and sauce. My wife and son are less adventurous than I am and what's more, neither eat or tolerate spicy food well, and my wife has a tree nut allergy (although she would concur that the peanut dumplings were great). My wife and son (9) had Thai chicken fried rice and was excellent, too. It was light and fresh yet full of flavor from well-seasoned chicken and vegetables that are stir fried before the addition of the rice. To me this seemed more like a chicken stir-fry entree that had mixed with a side order of rice at the table by us than chicken fried rice. Often, fried rice isn't good enough on its own but here it is. The portion, too, was large and it is garnished with fresh cucumbers, tomato and cilantro. The server we had, a young woman, helped us order in English and they do have an English menu. We would definitely go back and it's nice to find a non-Quebecois restaurant right in the neighborhood where we stay about 10 days out of the year on average.
