The inspection on a 2200+ sq ft home took less than two hours, red flag. There is an active water…read moreproblem, was told "potential/possible water" but that is appeared to be old and not an active issue. There was mold all around the area i was told was an old issue, there is mold in the utility room all over the walls, we found mold in ceiling joists. mold is a BIG DEAL and it was NOT hidden in this home and it was not reported to us. our realtor knew this individual so i get the sense that there was motivation to close this deal quickly. this mold was found three days after closing, so presumably was there at the time of inspection about a week prior to closing. was told AC unit is fine (because it turns on), it did not blow cold air, has a coolant leak and needs to be replaced sooner than later attached pictures which most people can see is very obviously mold. i am a mom to three little kids and trusted this company who has compromised the health and safety of my young family. if health and safety of your home and family are important to you, please choose a more thorough company who will take the time to inspect your space and if an error is made, will work to remedy it and apologize. this owner did not apologize or acknowledge any error, he stood by his findings, or lack thereof.
