DO NOT PULL IT OUT LIKE THAT!" like yeah, they know that? it's not like everyone in the world is a computer person or knows and understands not to just pull out hard drives/usbs out before disconnecting it. Even so, don't yell at my sibling and make them cry (or anyone at all) because that is just unacceptable and made me never shop here again. And my SIM card is nowhere to be found. And we "need to go to Bell for a new SIM card." They lost my SIM card, but it became our own problem. There is no control over the quality of work performed.
