Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it. And my SIM card is nowhere to be found. And we "need to go to Bell for a new SIM card." They lost my SIM card, but it became our own problem. There is no control over the quality of work performed.
