I called for a virus removal and the technician arrived the same day and fixed me up. I was amazed by how inexpensive the bill was.

My Disappointing Experience with Cell Fix Doctors I want to…read moreshare my frustrating experience with Cell Fix Doctors to help others avoid the same mistake. In January, I took my MacBook to their shop for repair due to liquid damage. I was told the diagnostic fee I paid would cover corrosion cleaning. What followed was three months of delays, broken promises, and a completely ruined laptop. After waiting nearly three months and constantly following up, I finally got my laptop back bu,t in far worse condition than when I brought it in. I noticed that the back of the laptop no longer closed properly, and the screen was visibly bent something that wasn't the case before. When I asked about the poor condition, the repair technician told me the MacBook had rusted during the time it was in their possession and claimed the battery was swelling. But how could that happen after I paid for corrosion cleaning? Throughout the three months, I was repeatedly told they were "almost done" and that the laptop was "85% ready." I kept calling for updates, and at one point, I was even told I was putting too much pressure on them. She assured me she knew what the issue was and warned me that if I took it elsewhere, the repair would be more expensive. But after so many delays, I told her I needed to take the laptop back and possibly have it fixed in my home country. Finally, on the third Sunday of March, she called and told me to pick up the laptop saying it was not fixable and she has tried her best. But what I got back was a MacBook in worse shape, with visible damage, a bent screen, and completely unusable. Despite all the excuses and reassurances, the technician at Cell Fix Doctors told me she had done her best and that the laptop was beyond repair. She even claimed that no other shop would be able to fix it. Not willing to give up, I took the laptop to a second repair shop at Pembina. Right away, the technician noticed something strange the screws used on my MacBook weren't original and didn't match what typically comes with a factory-sealed or properly repaired device. When I explained what had happened at the first shop, they examined the laptop more thoroughly and told me that, in their professional opinion, it looked like nothing had really been done to fix it. They also pointed out that the back of the laptop hadn't been closed properly. That day, I made a promise to myself: if this new shop could repair my MacBook within a month, it would prove that Cell Fix Doctors hadn't truly worked on it. And guess what? The second repair shop fixed my laptop properly in under a month. It now works just fine. While they couldn't fully correct the bend in the screen caused by cell fix Doctor, they successfully repaired the original liquid damage, which is all I had asked for in the first place. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I paid for a professional repair and got a laptop that was now in worse condition than when I first dropped it off. I'm sharing this in hopes that others can avoid going through what I did If at all she is making promises to you now she made promises to me and I got it in a worse condition.
