He explained everything to me politely and patiently and as a senior, computer upgrades can be a daunting task. Not with Peter...so very grateful he was there for me. This place was on my way to/from work, so it works for me too given its weekday only hours. Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it.
