The finger print reader hadn't worked since we got it back, telling the worker this his reply was "we test everything". How can they text that with out the fingerprint?? When we asked about how the "life time warranty" worked we where greeted with a very condescending attitude to the point that it was not possible to continue talking to the worker. We paid the same price as it would have cost at Apple and they used cheap glass and pawned it off as a quality fix. They also charged me for a diagnostic, which they did not do. I had to take it to the apple store, ( which I should have done in the first place). The tech at the apple store informed me that there was never a diagnostic done on the phone and had 12 heat warnings on the phone in the last week, (probably from the heat gun they used), they also informed me that Techfleet are not authorized to work on apple products. The phone will now cost me $400 to fix. I will try to add photos of what they did to my phone.

When I left my iPad for a broken screen replacement I left clear instructions about what I expected: try salvage the original Home button but if not possible replace it knowing I'd lose Touch ID function. When I got it back the Home button was totally non-functional. So far they have refused to answer my request to replace the button. I've tried to contact multiple addresses but have not heard anything back. To say I am not at all happy is an understatement.

This place was on my way to/from work, so it works for me too given its weekday only hours. Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it. Definitely recommend here if you live in the area and need your computer fixed.
