Rui was an excellent person to work with as he knew exactly what the issue is, and he has various ways to stress test to ensure any issues are fixed after. The first time he fixed it the issue came back about 3 weeks later, so he fixed it the second time free of charge. He was very knowledgeable about computers, and for issues that he's not familiar with (such as the second time when the shorting issue popped up), he knows where to find information to fix it. DO NOT PULL IT OUT LIKE THAT!" like yeah, they know that? it's not like everyone in the world is a computer person or knows and understands not to just pull out hard drives/usbs out before disconnecting it. Even so, don't yell at my sibling and make them cry (or anyone at all) because that is just unacceptable and made me never shop here again. We didn't appreciate that and now my sibling is too scared to call places to ask questions. hank you for that terrible service, memory express. You loss some valued customers.
