I went to Mobile Care on the main level of Polo Park to buy a box for a phone I had purchased for my mom. I politely asked if they could wrap it to make it look presentable as a gift.
The owner, Mohammad, immediately became aggressive. He said, "You're asking too much," called me a liar, and told me to "get going." He even threatened me, claiming he will get me banned from the mall because i dont know who he is and his powers. His behavior was loud and clearly meant to embarrass me in front of other customers.
I later went to another store in the mall and the staff there wrapped the phone quickly and politely, proving that my request was normal. Mohammad's reaction was not only unnecessary but threatening and abusive.
This seems to be a pattern of intimidation -- the way he tried to scare me mirrors complaints from other customers. No one should be verbally harassed, humiliated, or threatened for asking a simple question. Polo Park management should address this behavior to protect shoppers. read more
