There's lots of unique pieces and there is a huge price range so you can easily find a nice gift for yourself or someone else. There's also a lot of different styles available too from cute, professional, funky, trendy etc. They have a small section for men but I didn't see many cufflinks, something they use to carry more abundantly in the past. Service is friendly and laid back as I never feel like there's pressure to buy, which can happen in these smaller boutiques. I had even sent a screen shot, full description, and online price of the item but it was still wrong. The hat they sent was lovely so I hate to say anything back about the product but again it wasn't the hat I wanted. I started a series of emails that weren't so promptly answered now that i'm returning.... explaining I had to send the hat back as it was the wrong item they shipped. Being in Nunavut shipping costs are pretty high. So when I shipped the hat back I had also asked to be reimbursed my shipping cost as it was not what I ordered. A while went by and I had to contact them again regarding my return. It finally was processed and I was reimbursed the charge for the hat but not my shipping. (I was told They were doing inventory and the guy who was supposed to do that was busy. Hmmmm.) So would I purchase from them again? Maybe in person things are different.
