Hands down best customer service and best Jeweller in Winnipeg. I have a custom engagement ring…read morethat I couldn't find a matching wedding band. I had Roger Watson Jewellers do a custom wedding band and the result was amazing and sooo fast. I was panicking since my wedding was fast approaching and I thought I had run out of time to do something custom. John Watson came to my rescue! My engagement ring and wedding band match perfectly and everyone thought it was a matching set. The size/quality of the diamonds matched absolutely perfect. The best part is everything is done in house on Osborne Street. They have an in house goldsmith, in house jeweller, so nothing is sent away, it's all done locally right in their store. If you are looking to do a custom piece, have something repaired or resized, or need appraisals on vintage pieces for insurance definitely go to Roger Watson Jewellers. Excellent friendly honest customer service. I even learned a few things about different metals and diamond/stone quality.

The best jewellery repair in Winnipeg!…read more I went to Suttons to repair my worn out engagement ring. The staff that assist me was very friendly, and I got to meet Tom, the goldsmith where he checks my ring on the scope where I can see my ring closely in the monitor on how the claws were all worn out. I asked them for an estimate, and it was affordable, and within my budget so I told them to go ahead with the repair. After two days they called me that it's done and I was so surprised how fast the service and how beautiful my ring was! It's like brand new!!! I will definitely go here again for any repairs I need!

I have received several gifts from this jewellery shop and really enjoy the pieces from here. The…read moreitems here are handcrafted with simple modern designs that are well-priced. Most of the pieces are sterling silver or 18K gold and there are pieces that have pearls and other gemstones. But they definitely lean more towards simply designed sterling silver earrings, necklaces and rings. They even do custom work as my friend received a pretty custom charm necklace from her husband. Service is decent - can range from aloof to really nice depending on the sales person. And you can usually find the designer herself in the store.

Jennifer and Hilary were able to work wonders with my budget and were both extremely helpful. This was my first experience buying jewelry for my wife outside of a mall and now I don't think I could go back. Cool little store in the Exchange District, love the area, lots of great food nearby too! I was surprised to read the US customer complaining about delivery, I sincerely doubt they were doing anything but the best they could to resolve the issue. I do a lot of shipping for my side business as well and those types of issues take time and are sometimes complex. I would consider that one more of a review of the postal service than the jewelry store.

We met the gorgeous couple who hand-make the gorgeous jewelry sold under the Dconstruct name at the Winnipeg Folk Fest, and then got to visit their shop and atelier in town. They've got their whole families involved making modern lovely pieces, and everything feels made with care and packed with love. My favourites are the pendants made of cement with rose gold, super stunning and like nothing else I've really seen. They also stock a small but beautifully curated collection of independent designer fashion for women, including Eve Gravel from Montreal whose dresses just keep getting better and better, and some stylish t-shirts and tops. They have some art and cards for sale and a number of other treasures in the tiny space. Definitely go say hi if you are in the area. This little designer shop perfect for gift giving and for buying that one piece that everyone will ask you about and then you can say casually "Oh this, i got it in Winnipeg!" And it will sound terribly exotic.

Great Product, Great Customer Service…read more A few months ago I had purchased a pair of beautiful and unique looking concrete cufflinks for my boyfriend from a boutique distributor in NYC. After attending an event he was devastated to find that one cufflinks had been lost and the boutique no longer sold them. While researching concrete cufflinks online I found Dconstruct and called and spoke to Trish who was able to verify that the cuffs were originally from Dconstruct. Even though Dconstruct does not still currently offer the exact combination of color concrete and gold of the original pair, Trish was able to get an identical replacement pair and send them to us, completely as a curtesy. This level of kindness and commitment to ones customers really stands out. I am so deeply appreciative to Trish and the team at Dconstruct. I am also very excited to have found them because they have great products and I'm definitely looking as I shop for unique gifts my loved ones (and myself).

He was told no we are not accepting watches for repair? He said I was called last week you were? The sales lady said no, we had a staff meeting this morning and we now aren't? It sure would of been nice if somebody would of called to tell us not to come? Wasted a hour and a half drive and time for nothing. I wouldn't recommend them for service on high end watches.
