Most of the pieces are sterling silver or 18K gold and there are pieces that have pearls and other gemstones. I was surprised to read the US customer complaining about delivery, I sincerely doubt they were doing anything but the best they could to resolve the issue. I do a lot of shipping for my side business as well and those types of issues take time and are sometimes complex.
