The staff that assist me was very friendly, and I got to meet Tom, the goldsmith where he checks my ring on the scope where I can see my ring closely in the monitor on how the claws were all worn out. I asked them for an estimate, and it was affordable, and within my budget so I told them to go ahead with the repair. Service is decent - can range from aloof to really nice depending on the sales person. And you can usually find the designer herself in the store.

I was surprised to read the US customer complaining about delivery, I sincerely doubt they were doing anything but the best they could to resolve the issue. I do a lot of shipping for my side business as well and those types of issues take time and are sometimes complex. The marks cannot be seen under their bright glaring lights with their magnifying glass by me and apparently not by the goldsmith or sales person either, otherwise I would hope they wouldn't have let it leave their store looking like that. The new store is deeper so there's more space to showcase the jewellery, clothes, bags and scarves and other accessories. There's lots of unique pieces and there is a huge price range so you can easily find a nice gift for yourself or someone else. There's also a lot of different styles available too from cute, professional, funky, trendy etc. They have a small section for men but I didn't see many cufflinks, something they use to carry more abundantly in the past. Service is friendly and laid back as I never feel like there's pressure to buy, which can happen in these smaller boutiques. Oh and they have a pretty good exchange policy if the item doesn't work out. The only downside is that there's no return so you will be stuck with a credit note.
