I messaged them to inquire about an outfit I was looking to purchase today and they were sold out. So I took it upon myself to actually show up to this location and see what other dresses I could find. I don't even understand how this business is still open I walked into a store that looks really empty and with little options of clothes to choose from. While I was there I got treated rudely by the cashier when I asked if they carried a dress i found in Large. She responded by saying "we only have small" with an attitude so I asked about a dress that was hanging up on the wall that looked a little bigger and she responded saying "it's a small" in a louder voice and still with attitude. So I continued to look through the store and asked if I could use the fitting room and the cashier just yelled at me and said "it's open". I still found nothing to wear. I don't understand how a clothing store can only carry everything in a size SMALL. It's freaking ridiculous. So as soon as I left I messaged their Instagram page to let them know of my bad experience. The reply I got seriously upset me because I was looking for an outfit in LARGE and whoever messaged me back assumed that I was looking for PLUS SIZE clothing which I never mentioned that. I felt so offended by this. I'm never going back and I'll make sure to tell my friends not to go here either.

While they have a large selection of clothing, frequent new inventory, and a staff that has generally been friendly, the overall experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is the lack of quality control. On my most recent visit, I purchased two shirts and a pair of shorts. One of the shirts had a terrible odor that didnt bother me at first but I noticed it a lot more when I got home. Even after washing it, the smell wouldn't come out. In fact, it became even stronger in the heat - it smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke and mildew. It's so bad it's unwearable. Really wanted to like it too. The shorts were another disappointment. They were sold to me with the security tag still attached. Since I needed them for the weekend, I tried removing the magnetic tag myself rather than making another trip to the store. Unfortunately, the tag broke and ended up damaging the shorts, leaving them unwearable. To make matters worse, the cashier also didn't honor the advertised 30% discount on shorts. I didn't notice until after the transaction, which only added to my frustration. The only reason I'm not giving this store one star is because I did find one shirt that I genuinely liked. Every once in a while, you can come across a good find, and the prices aren't outrageous. However, between the inconsistent quality, items being sold in poor condition, forgotten security tags, and advertised discounts not being honored, I can't recommend shopping here. There are better thrift stores that offer more reliable quality and a better overall experience.

A lot of the stores that used to make it great have closed, and what's left feels limited and outdated. The mall itself looks like it hasn't been updated in years -- the floors, lighting, and restrooms could really use some attention. It also doesn't feel very safe at times, especially in the parking lot during the evening. Security presence is hit or miss, and there are often groups of people just hanging around without shopping. Food court options are okay but not great, and customer service in many of the stores seems tired or short-staffed. It's honestly disappointing, because this used to be one of the main places to shop in the Antelope Valley. Overall, it feels like the mall has lost a lot of its energy. Unless there's a specific store you need to visit, it's probably easier to just shop online or head to a different shopping area.
