Yes they are cute and come in cute little packaging, but being that they are smaller than a cupcake and just a little bit of frosting piped on, nothing fancy, you'd think they would be less than 1.85 each. I came in here not realizing they were a chain, hoping they were a local small buisness. Was shocked when I heard they are all over. I might need to start up my own mini bundt cake buisness ;) I didn't think they tasted all that great either and wouldn't be surprised if they were frozen and shipped. Cakes are awesome but the ladies that work there not very nice. I ordered and paid over the phone. I went to pickup, the place was packed with people waiting to pick out and buy cakes so I left the line to ask if I could just pick up since I had already paid...the lady barked at me no! You have to wait like everyone else...so I quietly got back in line...in the meantime a woman with 3 others with her walked right in to the same lady, ordered a few cakes and paid in front of all us in line who had been standing in line for at least 15 minutes...when it was my turn to pick up, Imentioned to the same lady she had let a lot of walk-in customers go ahead in front of all of us waiting- she simply said it was a busy day, no apology, no nice words...need customer friendly help, she should be happy so busy, isn't that why they are in business? read more

They were very friendly when we walked in. We were able to sample a couple items before we made our final purchase. All I can say is WOW! These are the best bundt cakes that I have ever had. They are very flavorful and the icing is the best. I got the carrot cake for myself and the chocolate chocolate chip for my daughter. We will definitely be back for more :) read more

While I must admit the cakes are amazing, the service here today was terrible. As a line built up with one cashier, the other cashier went through what appeared to be register closing procedures, totally ignoring the customers. However, as an older woman of a different race waited behind me, the cashier who gave the impression of being busy became free and skipped over me to help the other woman. The cashier who did not commit such an offensive act apologized for the woman, but it does not change the feeling I received when she ignored me for another customer. read more

Although I really shouldn't, I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! You can't go anywhere else and get an awesome mini bundt cake that tastes fresh and rich like here. There's a ton of flavors, and I've tried just about all of them, never disappointed! They even have free samples of a cake in the stores. Usually red velvet, which is fine by me, because I love it! Their prices are excellent for the quality they offer, even on the larger cakes, and there's lots of nice decorations to choose. I received a coupon in the mail to buy a small cake and get one free. When I got it, though, the coupon was already expired by 3 days. I drove the 30 minutes over to their location anyhow, in the hopes they would honor the coupon, since I've been wanting to try their cakes and my son's birthday is coming up. Not only would they not honor the coupon, which would have cost them under $4.00, they didn't want my current address so that future coupons might reach me before expiring, nor would the manager even bother coming out of the office to speak with me. Major customer service fail. I will never patronize a business that treats me so rudely. Lost a new customer and a potential $60 cake sale over a $4 coupon. Not smart. read more

My husband loves these cakes on his birthday. They are definitely delicious. I fell in love with the customer service. When I went into the bakery in Sugar Land one day, I had to carry my infant daughter with me in my arms. I couldn't carry the cake out to my car. One of the bakers came out with me to my car carrying the cake. Did I mention it was drizzling outside? She was so friendly and did it with a smile and great conversation. So glad they opened in Clear Lake and that I don't have to drive all the way across Houston to get a cake. I like that they have a sampling of a cake everytime I go in. My two favorites are pecan praline and red velvet. Yeah I know, red velvet is standard and not adventurous, but it's still sinfully delicious. It's October and what do I always crave in October to get me in the fall spirit?!?! Pumpkin EVERYTHING. Came to this lovely establishment yesterday after lunch and was pleased to see they had pumpkin bundt cakes. Immediately had to get one and it was amazing! Moist, delicious, sweet icing-I already want another one! All the flavors I've ever had have been good. My 2nd favorite after the pumpkin is the white chocolate raspberry. You can't go wrong with this place! Only wish they were open later in the evening and that you could buy the bundtini's individually rather then only as a dozen. Bundt cakes are around $4/piece and definitely a good size. Also have samples daily, so you can try the various flavors! Will most definitely be coming back! read more

I loved this location in Webster when they first opened. They always had cakes ready to go. This is no longer true. The cakes are incredible but the last two times I went their including today they had no cakes ready to purchase. I am thinking this may be a management problem and the franchise may want to look into this and provide better guidance so the location remains in place and the consumer is happy. I had a problem a few months ago where I wanted decorations on a cake but wanted them to remove to decorations from the cake. I was told I would need to leave the store with the additional decorations and could take them off outside the store. This was a policy from the top. On July 11 in Rockwall TX for my sisters birthday I selected a decoration from the list and asked for a couple of the items to be left off and this location had no problem decorating to my satisfaction. These cakes are delicious. I got one for a friend (white chocolate raspberry) one for work (red velvet) and a dozen of the bundtinis (one of each flavor) for me and the family. They were all amazing. The red velvet had people all over the office coming to my door to rave about it, and it was gone in a flash. Very very moist, very tasty, and the cream cheese topping is unreal. The bundtinis are a perfect size for parties, and all the flavors are great. I think they're better than cupcakes, because they were so moist. My favorites are the white chocolate raspberry, red velvet and the lemon. The store is very cute, and everyone is super nice. These are far superior to anything you can get at the grocery store. read more

I used them for my wedding in May and ordered 125 Bundtinis and a 2-tiered bundt cake and everything was made exactly how I ordered it and my guests enjoyed them a lot. The cakes are delicious and the only reason I gave such a low rating is because of the poor customer service. I have been there 3 or 4 times buying treats for teachers or holiday gifts and only one time was I treated with great customer service. All the other times I have been to the Bay Area location, I have been flat out ignored by the women that work there. I have even had other customers in the store ask the women why they skipped me and if I had been helped..The last time I was there, I was contacted after hours and forgot about my pickup and I even told the ladies I did not want to make them stay after closing and I could pickup the next day but they said they would be there late baking either way, so I picked up my order. When I arrived and identified myself as the late pickup the lady walked away and let the door slam in my face and then I proceeded to walk in and the other person behind the register looked shocked that the person did that to me. I thanked them for the order and left. After the last rude encounter I really dont care how great the cakes are, I am not going back anymore. read more
