I purchased a blue bag at the suggestion of the sales associate back in October or November. I was told that when we brought the bag into the store we could purchase the small cakes as buy 2, get one free. Had never done it before but since I was going to be in town for a doctor visit, I found the bag and brought it with me. When I got to the store, the associate was alone at the front and was on the phone when I entered. I waited. And waited. And waited. Two other associates came into the store and went into the back. After 15 minutes the sales associate was still on the phone. By this time there were 4 other customers who had entered behind me. We are all just waiting. None of the other employees ever peeked out to help her or even see why a crowd was forming. When she finally got off the phone, she informed me they (the store) was no longer honoring the bag deal. No explanation, no apology. I've never even used the bag to take advantage of the offer. Maybe offer to buy it back! And the "have a better rest of your day" comment she made is the most passive aggressive EFF YOU. I would rather she just say the words and have an honest sentiment. read more

I saw negative reviews and was hesitant but the customer service was awesome and the cakes were delicious.

Wonderful, little morsels, fantastic cream cheese frosting!. my daughter surprised me with it for Mother's Day how sweet!!

worse customer service ever, she was rude and had the nerve to put my bundt cakes in a to small bag that fell open all the way home and then it fell apart.she would not even sale me one of the bags that had their logo. looking for another bakery that loves want they do and the customer who take their money and time to visit their establishment.and she forgot to wash he hands after cleaning the windows. read more

The happiest shop I've been to in a long time ! It's got all you need for a festive event ! Darling Birthday mugs , platters , decor including candles . So cute and delicious! I've done 2 birthday towers this month for different people and both loved them! It's small size cakes in Birthday packaging . We tried Lemon and Strawberry&cream and all were good. The manager at this location is truly awful. She talks down to her staff and has the nastiest tone in her voice when addressing them. While I was waiting for my order I could clearly hear her in the back loudly making fun of the questions another customer had asked. There were 3 other customers in the lobby and we were all wide eyed and staring at each other in disbelief at what we were hearing. Even the cashiers were apologizing on her behalf. A person who treats their staff and customers this way does NOT deserve to be in management. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what her issue was but I don't how she can keep a full staff behaving so horribly. I can't patronize an establishment where the workers are mistreated like that. I will not return here. read more
