Had never done it before but since I was going to be in town for a doctor visit, I found the bag and brought it with me. When I got to the store, the associate was alone at the front and was on the phone when I entered. I waited. And waited. And waited. Two other associates came into the store and went into the back. After 15 minutes the sales associate was still on the phone. By this time there were 4 other customers who had entered behind me. We are all just waiting. None of the other employees ever peeked out to help her or even see why a crowd was forming. When she finally got off the phone, she informed me they (the store) was no longer honoring the bag deal. No explanation, no apology. I've never even used the bag to take advantage of the offer. Maybe offer to buy it back! And the "have a better rest of your day" comment she made is the most passive aggressive EFF YOU. I would rather she just say the words and have an honest sentiment.
