Absolutely spectacular job on our wedding cake. Calley provided us with exactly what we wanted and the cake looked phenomenal. They were great to work with and the process was very easy. Everything I have tried from here has been wonderful! I thought I could only get real French Macarons in Dallas (haha, or France), but I was pleasantly surprised at the selection. Each flavor was delicious! The staff is super friendly and always makes time to chat. I had a birthday cake baked here and it was so delicious and a special treat we all enjoyed. Real butter, quality chocolate, French buttercream, decadent, made from scratch.....a real deal excellent rare bakery! Wish it was closer to where I live in the Houston area. Bakeries of this caliber are far and few between, unless you live in NYC. I always stop by when visiting family in Longview and haul goodies back home with me. read more

The cakes and cupcakes here are heavenly! They're so moist, and the real French buttercream icing is so light and smooth. The brownies are also another favorite of mine-- with the ganache on top they're richer than gold. Extremely rude customer service. They are horrible about getting back to you when you place an order. When I called to ask about my online inquiry, the girl on the phone (sounded young) was nice, but the owner or manager whom she was speaking with about the order was completely rude and pretty much saying she didn't have time for me. I could hear every word she said over the phone. After holding for several minutes, I hung up. They called me back and when I let them know I had taken my business elsewhere due to the rude customer service, the girl apologized and because they didn't realize the phone wasn't on mute. I couldn't believe they didn't apologize for speaking so rudely, but for the fact that I could hear them. read more

Customer service is terrible. We went there to order a cake for a birthday party. They could not even give us a general idea on the price of the cake. They told us they could tell us after it was made. That makes no sense to me. We left a deposit and was told what the remaining balance was. When we came back we were told the remaining balance was much more. We asked how much the cake was total she could not answer. She could only tell us what the remaining balance was. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have not tasted the cake as yet but it could taste like Paula Deen and a host of angels baked it and I will never return there. This is the kind of problem that makes a local business go out of business. I support local businesses and sincerely hope they resolve these issues. read more

Wonderful cookies and cupcakes available daily but when I attempted to order a birthday cake it was like pulling teeth. She would only take my order via email and then took a week to get back to me, only to tell me it would be another week since she was going on vacation for a week. She promised to contact me the Monday she got back. I emailed her that Wednesday since she has clearly forgotten about me and she proceeded to tell me she still hadn't gotten around to pricing the cake I wanted. So I asked her to just give me a ballpark price so I could see if she was within my budget. She was $200 higher than three other specialty cake places in town and when I told her her price was out of my budget and asked what she could make within my budget she completely ignored me. She must have so much business that she doesn't need new customers but I think this may not be the case since the building is completely empty every time I've been there. It's sad to see such a wonderful baker with no business sense. read more
