Biscoff Cookie Butter Bundt Cake: Nothing Bundt Cakes (NBC) has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. I especially enjoy their individual sized "Bundtlets". One of their recent "popup" flavors for fall was the Biscoff Cookie Butter from 9/29-10/12/25. Opening the container, the cake itself had a light brown/tancolor. The official description is a Bundtlet baked with Biscoff cookies and drizzled with cookie butter (and of course their delicious, sweet cream cheese frosting). As usual, the texture is superb, with one of the best aspects of their cakes being the exceptional moistness of them. In this case, the cookie butter drizzle contributes to the moistness factor. The flavor of the actual cake leans toward generic spice or cinnamon. Bites containing the cookie butter drizzle and/or pieces of Biscoff Cookie make the signature flavor pronounced on the taste buds though. The Biscoff cookies are not crisp, but soft. I can't really hold this against NBC because unless eaten immediately after prep it's almost impossible to keep them crisp. It's also important to note that the cookies are baked throughout the cake and not just the conspicuous one decorating the summit. My only real complaint is it was a missed opportunity not to include cookie butter as a filling in the core, especially since this had a dollar upcharge. With the similar enough Snickerdoodle flavor being recently discontinued, I would like to see the Biscoff made a permanent member alongside the OREO Cookies & Cream (their best in my opinion). I am SO happy that Nothing Bundt Cakes is open on Sundays now. I was out and suddenly felt like I needed a Chocolate Chocolate Chip Bundt cake. When I stopped in, it happened to be the last day they were selling the Snickers Bundt cake. They had three left... and yes, I took all three because that Snickers flavor is my absolute favorite. I really wish it would've become a permanent flavor! The customer service was great, and I was honestly thrilled that I was able to take home the last three Snickers Bundtlets. Can you tell that was the highlight of my day? I also love coming in and browsing all the party gifts, favors, and little goodies. The store is always set up so nicely. You can never go wrong with nothing Bundt cake! They truly do no wrong in my eyes. It doesn't matter which establishment you go to, you will always receive exceptional service. I went in to this location because it was my birthday and so I was eligible to receive a free bundtlet. Of course I chose the white chocolate raspberry because while I have tried many different flavors, that one always taste the best. Trust me on this one! Stopped in for a quick dessert option for my stepsons birthday. Luckily they have it on hand to accommodate anyone's flavor choice. We did the bundtini which is about a cupcake size. They told me it would be a small delay as they prepped them. But honestly it went so much faster than expected. I was impressed. they were super polite when they called for pick up. Overall nice. After eating MOD Pizza next door, we sort of had a craving for something sweet. Lo and behold, nothing Bundt cakes staring at us. Normally, I don't eat desserts, but NBC is one exception I do make. Their frosting is one-of-a-kind and it's so GOATed. We went with a chocolate chip gluten-free cupcake and a red velvet. The cupcakes were delicious, sweet n moist n addictive. I could tell I was enjoying the cupcake as the frosting was smeared all in my face, nose, lips, stash etc. The bakery itself was very clean and all items were displayed, giving it a very pretty look. Service at the store in Pearland is always quick and friendly. I tried the pineapple upside down cake and was very disappointed. This was the first flavor I tried that I found lacking. This is just MY personal opinion, but it didn't taste like a pineapple cake at all. There was one chunk of pineapple in the cake and some type of drizzle that was too sweet. I did and a week later received a promo for buy one get one free small bunlet cakes only about $6 My daughter and I went on a Friday afternoon store was not busy at all. This location is really convenient. Parking can be a little tough since there are limited spots available. Their bundt cakes are too sweet for me, so I wish they had a 50% less sugar option for the cake and icing. The lemon and carrot cakes are less sweet tasting than the other flavors, which I prefer. I think the pricing is high for their items. The store itself is pretty small inside. They no longer offer cake flavor samples, which is a bummer. Absolutely delicious! These little cakes are super moist and melt in your mouth. Great service and plenty of free samples what's not to love! My job always ordered from here so I was glad when I saw a location near my house. After I feasted on samples I purchased a lemon bundlet. It was YUMMY! The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. I love Nothing Bundt Cake's cake. They have a gluten free chocolate chip cake. The cakes are always moist. This got a 4 star instead of a 5 star due to them only having one flavor of gluten free cake, i feel they could add 1 or 2 more flavors. Customer service is also good. Oh my lord! These are the most moist and flavorful cakes I've ever had. I came in and wanted to try the strawberry flavor! Luckily they were also giving out samples of this flavor! I am not ashamed to say I ate about 2 or 10 samples. Whose counting anyway? The cake wasn't too sweet and had actual strawberries in it! The cream frosting was reminiscent of cream cheese frosting but it was so creamy and not overly sweet. I ended up getting a personal size bundt and it was only about 4 bucks! Another win! I walked into the store today with my boyfriend and we patiently waited in line as customers were placing their orders. As we were waiting a woman walked in and grabbed a candle or something and stood behind us. When the cashier called the next customer she did not look at us but the woman standing behind us. 10/10 for cakes being fresh and there's many different flavors to choose from. My favorite thing about NBC is the option to choose regular frosting, light frosting, or no frosting. Call me crazy, but I'm definitely a "little to no frosting" type of cake person, so that's my preference whenever I get a cake for myself or my family. I typically have a child with me in the car or am rushed to get to a birthday party, so I really enjoy the option for placing a curbside order ahead of time which has been fast and efficient for my lifestyle. Four stars because sometimes when I call upon arrival to pick up the curbside order, the worker on the other end sounds overwhelmed or unpleasant... but I still get great tasting cakes so that's minor imo. read more

My work often times brings Bundt cakes from the galleria location for anniversaries, etc. I always enjoyed the red velvet bundtini. My elderly mother is a fan of red velvet, so one day, I thought I would steer her in to a nearby store. Inside, no one was behind the counter, therefore we were not greeted. Once somebody finally surfaced, they were not very friendly and most ignored my mom and I as we tried to determine the best combination of bundts to purchase. After we decided on a singular red velvet bundtini, the lady informs us that these can only be purchased by the dozen, and offered no alternative solution. We wound up buying a full bundt cake just so my mom could try it. The fact that the bundt was good is the only thing saving this review from being one star. Here's what happened next: my mom went over to the right side of the store where they keep a big, metal bound book with the different options for big bundt party cakes. I don't know what happened, but my mom went to turn one of the pages, and the entire thing just collapsed and sent one of the metal pages into her shin. She yelped out in pain, an obviously injury appearing immediately on the surface of her skin. At this point, another lady emerged from the back of the store. She looked like a manager. She says, "You're supposed to turn the pages slower!" and then does not ask if my mom is okay, or come over to offer assistance in picking up the large metal page to put back. At this point, my mom simply dropped the page on the floor and scolded the woman for her inconsideration to which the lady said, "Okay???" with an attitude. We left immediately, and will not be returning. If a business doesn't care about the satisfaction much less SAFETY of their customers, then they have no business keeping their doors open. read more

Oh man where do I start. Everything about this establishment is Tony the Great, GRRRRREAT! The atmosphere is cozy, homey, clean. The associates are friendly but professional. And the star of this place the, cakes, are just FABOO! This is one of the best and tastiest recommendations that I've ever been introduced too. I never understood the fascination with this establishment until I had my first bite at a baby shower and then I preceded to find a location so that I could purchase my own personal cake. It was amazingly delicious. It is the epitome of a well balanced, moist dessert. I don't like really wet cakes and found that out with tres leches. But there is something magical about the way it treats your taste buds. The flavors and presentation are on another level as well. There are cakes for different occasions. I ordered a 10" cake for our veterinarian clinic, to thank them for their care of our dog over the years (she passed away a year ago). The employee who helped me design it was very helpful. It came out beautifully. I know it must have been delicious because I bought one of their mini cakes for my hubby. The cake is so moist it melts in your mouth, and I love the cream cheese icing!
