This location is well decorated, clean and airy which made it inviting. As I arrived an associate was mopping the floor and appropriately placed the wet floor sign. The young lady at the counter was friendly and provided service with a smile. When I mentioned I wanted to snap pictures she hastily got a cleaning cloth to wipe the condensation from the display glass. I settled on trying the new strawberry cheesecake and upon opening it immediately met my expectation via smell and taste. Try this flavor and you will be in for a treat. read more

It always smells amazing the minute I walk in the door. It is very clean. The quality of the cakes has never disappointed me and I am a "frequent flyer". Service is great. The cashiers are kind and the rewards I receive by using the app and saving my receipts are a great perk. Thanks, Nothing Bundt Cakes! read more

Absolutely terrible experience -- the owner was shockingly rude and spoke to me in a condescending, demeaning tone from the moment I walked in. I've never felt so disrespected in a business, especially one that claims to be "customer friendly." I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner of this location is awful. read more

Any special occasion that comes up, I now get a Bundt cake. My favorite is the white chocolate raspberry. But I have probably tried every single one of them. We love getting the bundtinis for kids birthdays so grubby little paws don't get their hands All over the cake & their is no waste. But this is one of those cakes you'll never have left overs. Service is so friendly. Kevin is the owner. He is retired AirForce. They were so kind. we stopped in after a great beach day. Talking to the staff was informative and very helpful. We could not get over how clean and bright their bakery was. My husband and I got an individual Bundt cake. Pumpkin which was delicious. I got a lemon. it was so good, not too sweet or tart. The signature frosting is creamy and delicious. I highly recommend stopping in to try these moist light cakes. They have a great selection of gifts as well! Don't miss it! read more

These Bundt cakes are awesome! I have purchased the bundtlets before but wanted a larger cake for the holiday. I purchased the white chocolate raspberry 8" cake which is my favorite flavor although every flavor is delicious. This visit was my first time in the Destin store. I was welcomed by the helpful staff in this festive store. So delighted to find this store while here for the 4th of July weekend. read more

The food was good and the service was quick. It would be better if they let you have one sample.

Beautiful cake that was extremely moist and delicious. Would definitely recommend their business.

Did something happen - the cupcakes used to have a chocolate filling- which surprised me, didn't expect a filling in Red Velvet cupcake, but I got used to it. Now it has a cream cheese filing & chocolate chips in the cake. Can't get used to chocolate chips in the cake or the cream cheese. Great texture still. I check later on to see how it's made. I used to love it & I wonder if the friendly business man/greeter still there - a good presence. Thanks for being there & I wish u much success. read more

Saw a TV News segment on this Co. and decided to try. Delicious. My wife chose Snickerdoodle and I the lemon. Nice cakey, not too moist / dense body. Killer creamy icing. Nice people. Can't go wrong read more

Purchased some cakes for my mom's birthday. Service was friendly and product was delicious. I was very surprised and disappointed that this store does not offer military discount as this area is wildly populated with military members. I suppose every franchised store is different. Something by to keep in mind though at this location. read more

The clever name of this establishment caught our eye on our first day in the area for vacation and we earmarked it for a stop in. Easy access from the busy strip and ample parking got us in the door quickly. The place was set up cleverly as like a mini boutique with two wonderfully smiling ladies greeting my wife and I the moment we entered. The menu was clean, efficient, and very easy to sort through. A showcase of ready-made selections were prepackaged and ready for a quick carry out. Having so many flavors to choose from, we decided to get a dozen of their "bundtinis" which is their cupcake-sized cake. We were informed they had prepackaged assortments ready to go but we decided to customize our dozen with 2 of 6 different flavors. The wait time was said to be up to 20 minutes but our hold time was far less. While they prepared our order, we had a few minutes to peruse their boutique of various items including very positive decorative gift pieces for teachers, moms, dads, and others. They had an area to one side of the shop that highlighted the custom orders one could select with perfect adornments to these cakes for a variety of occasions, holidays, and celebrations. We were delighted with how quickly our order was ready. It was packaged in a very crisp and quality decorative box that was sealed well. We got back to the hotel and didn't waste any time to try out the cakes. The staff had delicately prepared our order even with an enclosed card that identified which cake flavor was which. The bundtinis looked remarkable and did not slide around in transit due to the efficient design of the packaging and the sturdy cup used to seat each of the pastries. Being a carrot cake fan, I reached for that one. The miniature bundt was cleanly shaped and topped with a generous dollop of cream cheese icing. The others reached for their favorites. No matter the flavor, everyone was shocked and SHOOKT by how delicious these cakes were!! Quite moist, flavorful, and with icing that pairs so well with the cake flavor!! These were the perfect dessert and we are seriously delighted. If you don't make these cakes part of your vacation or occasion, you'll be missing something truly uncanny. Get you some of these today! read more

The idea of the tiny Bundt cakes is great. Had Snickerdoodle and Strawberry and Cream over past couple days. The cake is light, flavorful, and the icing is icky sweet and plentiful. I thought the cakes were way overpriced at about $6 apiece. They are rich. I split my cake into thirds for portions as they were too much to even eat half. Snickerdoodles was better than the Strawberry flavored one. IMO, they're ok but maybe only for a special occasion like a birthday or office party. The service was awesome...nice people. Ambiance ok too. read more

This cakes are delicious! I have been wanting to try one of these cakes for a long time, but for some reason I only passed a store on Sunday when they were closed. Yesterday, I finally tried two kinds-marble and white chocolate raspberry. The cakes are moist with a perfect ribbon of cream cheese frosting. You can purchase small ones which are bigger than a cupcake, or a full sized cake. There is plenty of variety. The day I went they had red velvet, vanilla, lemon, double chocolate and the two I purchased. They are a delightful treat. read more

Ordered a cake a week in advance and they call me 24hrs before pick-up to tell me they don't have the flavor. They didn't offer me any compensation and didn't take accountability for the mistake, just blamed it on the website. Poor customer service and they messed up a great birthday surprise. Don't recommend this location. read more

I have never taken the time to leave a negative review for a business, but feel the need this time since the problem dealt with the owner directly, who above all, should have the best customer service skills. He is extremely rude and speaks with a very demeaning and cutting tone. He should learn a better way to speak to his paying, local customers. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back. Never. read more

How can you go wrong with tasty cakes, friendly staff and the staff were very diligent ensuring our order was perfectly prepared.

Just don't go--rude rude rude!!! Too many other places to get cupcakes. Black guy inside totally unprofessional and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Won't return. read more

I am a real estate broker and went to my local store in Destin for the first time at 12:41 on September 7 to send some clients eight bundt cakes after a closing we had yesterday. As I entered the building, I asked the person behind the counter (Chloe B) if they packaged to ship. Her reply was "you can go to our website and find one of our stores that does" rather than "the store closest to us that does is ...". As I am ordering eight different flavors of cakes for my clients, I see cake boxes that say 'Nothing Bundt Cakes' on them. I ask "can't we put these cakes in one or more of those boxes?" to which she reply's "no, those are for our big cakes only". As it was my first time here, I have no idea if the cakes are even good, but I know with customer service like that my clients will be receiving gifts from another establishment. Absolutely pathetic customer service. read more

We were from out of town celebrating my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and arrived 10 min after the store's closing time. My sister and I were feeling so disappointed - when all of a sudden, Kevin opened the door for us and allowed us to purchase a cake and he beautifully decorated it according to our preferences. We did not feel rushed by him at all. We are so impressed not only by the customer service, but the quality and flavor of the cake was appreciated by all 14 family members! read more

The best place for cakes. This past year has been hard celebrating events without Nothing Bundt cakes. This is a must have pastry!

Customer service here was beyond helpful! I screwed up and placed my order for a day later than what I thought and didn't realize it until I arrived to pick it up. They never batted an eye to help me get what I needed a full day earlier than ordered! They saved the day! Thank you! read more

I have to take this time to say thank you for choosing to bring the franchise to Destin. The attention and care you've provided to our organization has been unmatched. You even took the time to mentor one of my teammates which definitely gave her different perspectives outside of her career path. You all have simply not just brought cakes, but value to us. We're very excited about continuing a lasting bundtabulous relationship with you all. Cheers to Growth! read more
